前記外部熱源から熱を受け取り、前記液体乾燥剤に熱を伝達するために、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器と選択的に接触するように構成された第2の熱伝達流体と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第2の熱伝達流体を制御して、前記外部熱源から前記液体乾燥剤に最大限の熱量を供給し、前記第1の熱伝達流体を制御して、前記冷媒から前記液体乾燥剤に最小限の熱量を供給するように構成された制御システムをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器は入口および出口を含み、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器が前記第1および第2の熱伝達流体から熱を受け取る場合に、両方の熱伝達流体は、前記入口を通って前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器に流入して互いに合流することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、前記合流した熱伝達流体の流れは、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器を出た後、前記合流した熱伝達流体の一部が前記第1の冷凍システム熱交換器に戻り、一部が前記外部熱源に戻るように分流されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、第2の前記冷凍システム熱交換器は、外部冷却源から第1の冷却剤を受け入れ、前記冷媒から前記第1の冷却剤に熱を伝達するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第1の冷凍システム熱交換器に流入する前記冷媒の温度が、前記第2の冷凍システム熱交換器に流入する前記冷媒の温度よりも高くなるように、前記冷媒に関連して、前記コンプレッサの下流で、かつ前記第2の冷凍システム熱交換器の上流に配置されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記冷凍システムは、前記第1の冷凍システム熱交換器から下流で、かつ前記第2の冷凍システム熱交換器から上流において、前記冷媒を受け入れるように構成された第3の熱交換器をさらに含み、前記第3の冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第2の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、前記第2の空気流れと接触して、前記第2の空気流れに熱を伝達するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記除湿器から前記液体乾燥剤を受け入れて、前記第1の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、前記冷凍システムまたは外部冷却源の少なくとも1つに熱を選択的に伝達するように構成された除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項9に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記外部冷却源によって冷却される第1の冷却剤と、
前記除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器と接触する第2の冷却剤と、
前記第1および第2の冷却剤を選択的に受け入れ、それにより、前記第2の冷却剤から前記第1の冷却剤に熱が伝達されるように構成された第1の熱交換器と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記冷凍システム熱交換器の1つは、前記第2の冷却剤から前記冷媒に熱を伝達するために、前記冷媒および前記第2の冷却剤を受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記1つの冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第2の冷却剤に関連して、前記第1の熱交換器から下流で、かつ前記除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器から上流にあることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、第2の前記冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第1の冷却剤を受け入れ、前記冷媒から前記第1の冷却剤に熱を伝達するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の冷却剤の流れは、前記第1の熱交換器および第2の冷凍システム熱交換器の1つまたは両方の間で選択的に分流することができることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記冷凍システムは、前記第2の冷凍システム熱交換器から下流で、かつ前記コンプレッサから上流において、前記冷媒を受け入れるように構成された第3の熱交換器をさらに含み、前記第3の冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第1の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触した後、前記第1の空気流れと接触してこの第1の空気流れから熱を取り除くように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 空気を調整するシステムであって、
複数の熱交換器、冷媒、およびコンプレッサを含む冷凍システムと、
第1の空気流れが導入されて、前記第1の空気流れから液体乾燥剤に水を移動させるために前記液体乾燥剤と接触する除湿器と、
第2の空気流れが導入されて、前記液体乾燥剤から前記第2の空気流れに水を移動させるために前記液体乾燥剤と接触する再生器と、
を含み、前記再生器は、
前記第2の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、前記冷凍システムから前記液体乾燥剤に熱を選択的に伝達する第1の熱伝達ループと、
前記第2の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、外部熱源から前記液体乾燥剤に熱を選択的に伝達する第2の熱伝達ループと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項16に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の熱伝達ループは、
前記再生器から前記液体乾燥剤を受け入れるように構成された再生乾燥剤熱交換器と、
前記冷媒を受け入れるように構成された第1の冷凍システム熱交換器と、
前記冷媒から熱を受け取るために、前記第1の冷凍システム熱交換器と選択的に接触し、第1の熱伝達流体から前記液体乾燥剤に熱を伝達するために、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器と選択的に接触するように構成された前記第1の熱伝達流体と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項17に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第2の熱伝達ループは、
前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器と、
前記外部熱源と、
前記外部熱源から熱を受け取り、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器と選択的に接触して、第2の熱伝達流体から前記液体乾燥剤に熱を伝達するように構成された前記第2の熱伝達流体と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1および第2の熱伝達ループは、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器の入口側で選択的に合流可能であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第2の熱伝達ループは、
前記再生器から前記液体乾燥剤を受け入れるように構成された再生乾燥剤熱交換器と、
前記外部熱源と、
前記外部熱源から熱を受け取り、前記再生乾燥剤熱交換器と選択的に接触して、第2の熱伝達流体から前記液体乾燥剤に熱を伝達するように構成された前記第2の熱伝達流体と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 空気を調整するシステムであって、
第1の空気流れが導入されて、前記第1の空気流れから液体乾燥剤に水を移動させるために前記液体乾燥剤と接触する除湿器と、
第2の空気流れが導入されて、前記液体乾燥剤から前記第2の空気流れに水を移動させるために前記液体乾燥剤と接触する再生器と、
複数の熱交換器、冷媒、およびコンプレッサを含む冷凍システムと、
前記第1の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、前記除湿器内の前記乾燥剤から前記冷凍システムに熱を選択的に伝達し、
前記第1の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触する前に、前記除湿器内の前記乾燥剤から外部冷却源に熱を選択的に伝達する、
ように構成された除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項21に記載のシステムであって、
前記外部冷却源によって冷却される第1の冷却剤と、
前記除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器と接触する第2の冷却剤と、
前記第1および第2の冷却剤を選択的に受け入れ、それにより、前記第2の冷却剤から前記第1の冷却剤に熱が伝達されるように構成された第1の熱交換器と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記冷凍システム熱交換器の1つは、前記第2の冷却剤から前記冷媒に熱を伝達するために、前記冷媒および前記第2の冷却剤を受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の冷却剤および前記冷媒を制御して、前記第2の冷却剤から前記第1の冷却剤に最大限の熱伝達量を供給し、前記第2の冷却剤から前記冷媒に最小限の熱伝達量を供給するように構成された制御システムをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、1つの冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第2の冷却剤に関連して、前記第1の熱交換器から下流で、かつ前記除湿器乾燥剤熱交換器から上流にあることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、第2の前記冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第1の冷却剤を受け入れ、前記冷媒から前記第1の冷却剤に熱を伝達するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項26に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の冷却剤の流れは、前記第1の熱交換器および第2の冷凍システム熱交換器の1つまたは両方の間で選択的に分流することができることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項27に記載のシステムにおいて、前記冷凍システムは、前記第2の冷凍システム熱交換器から下流で、かつ前記コンプレッサから上流において、前記冷媒を受け入れるように構成された第3の熱交換器をさらに含み、前記第3の冷凍システム熱交換器は、前記第1の空気流れが前記液体乾燥剤と接触した後、前記第1の空気流れと接触してこの第1の空気流れから熱を取り除くように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
