Description
特許文献1に関しては、燃料消費量が最小になることを考慮している。このため、車両加速時にも排ガス発電を行うことで、エンジン側の出力を低下させてしまい、ドライバーの求める加速が得られないという課題がある。また、排ガス発電時に、バッテリの蓄電状態も考慮しておらず、バッテリを最適な充電状態に保つことができないといった課題もある。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置の全体構成を示す図であり、好ましい形態の1つを示す概略構成図である。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に配置されたタービンと、
前記タービンにより駆動されることで発電する排ガス発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力をアシストする、あるいは前記内燃機関の出力を用いて発電するモータジェネレータと、
前記排ガス発電機により発電された電力および前記モータジェネレータにより発電された電力を蓄えるバッテリと、
アクセルペダルの操作量、車速、およびエンジン回転数を状態信号として読み取り、前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記排ガス発電機、前記モータジェネレータ、および前記バッテリを統括制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記モータジェネレータにより前記内燃機関の出力をアシストすることが必要と判断した場合には、さらに、前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記アクセルペダルの操作量と前記車速からトルク指令を演算し、前記トルク指令と前記エンジン回転数から排ガスエネルギーを演算し、前記トルク指令の変化量と前記排ガスエネルギーとの関係から、前記排ガス発電機による発電が禁止状態か許可状態かを前記車速に応じてあらかじめ設定された閾値を用いて判断し、前記禁止状態と判断した場合には、前記排ガス発電機による発電を停止し、前記バッテリからの電力により前記モータジェネレータを駆動する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記内燃機関の異常燃焼状態を検出する異常燃焼検出部
をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記燃料異常検出部により前記異常燃焼状態が検出された場合には、前記禁止状態であると判断する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記禁止状態が解除した後に、前記排ガス発電機による発電を行うとともに、前記禁止状態において前記バッテリから供給された電力相当分を前記バッテリに充電するように制御する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記禁止状態が解除したと判断した後、前記排ガス発電機による発電を行う場合には、前記内燃機関の出力に対する燃料消費率が最小になるように、前記排ガス発電の発電量を制御する
ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記バッテリの蓄電量を検出する蓄電量検出部
をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記蓄電量検出部で検出された前記バッテリの蓄電量が所定閾値を越えていると判断した場合には、前記バッテリからの電力で前記モータジェネレータを駆動し、前記バッテリの蓄電量が所定閾値以下であると判断した場合には、前記モータジェネレータによるアシストなしでエンジンのみによる車両走行を行うように統括制御する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記バッテリは、蓄えられた電力を降圧して出力するDC/DCコンバータを有しており、
前記制御部は、前記禁止状態と判断した場合には、前記DC/DCコンバータの出力を停止する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記排ガス発電機を駆動する電動機の温度、および前記電動機を駆動するインバータの温度の少なくともいずれか一方を検出する排ガス発電機温度検出部
をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記排ガス発電機温度検出部の検出結果に応じて前記排ガス発電機の出力を制限する
排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 内燃機関の排気通路に配置されたタービンと、
前記タービンにより駆動されることで発電する排ガス発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力をアシストする、あるいは前記内燃機関の出力を用いて発電するモータジェネレータと、
前記排ガス発電機により発電された電力および前記モータジェネレータにより発電された電力を蓄えるバッテリと、
アクセルペダルの操作量、車速、およびエンジン回転数を状態信号として読み取り、前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記排ガス発電機、前記モータジェネレータ、および前記バッテリを統括制御する制御部と
を備えた排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御方法であって、
前記制御部において、
前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記モータジェネレータにより前記内燃機関の出力をアシストするか否かを判断する第1ステップと、
前記第1ステップにより、前記モータジェネレータにより前記内燃機関の出力をアシストすることが必要と判断した場合には、さらに、前記状態信号の読み取り結果に基づいて、前記アクセルペダルの操作量と前記車速からトルク指令を演算し、前記トルク指令と前記エンジン回転数から排ガスエネルギーを演算し、前記トルク指令の変化量と前記排ガスエネルギーとの関係から、前記排ガス発電機による発電が禁止状態か許可状態かを前記車速に応じてあらかじめ設定された閾値を用いて判断する第2ステップと、
前記第2ステップにより、前記禁止状態と判断した場合には、前記排ガス発電機による発電を停止し、前記バッテリからの電力により前記モータジェネレータを駆動する第3ステップと
を備える排ガス発電機を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
