Description
− 最終的に断片に切断された前記物品が、このポリマーを溶解させることができるが繊維を溶解させることができない、かつ、水と共沸混合物を形成することが可能である溶剤に溶解させられ、溶液を形成し;
− 繊維が前記溶液から回収され;
− 前記繊維が、それらを前記溶剤中のスラリーの形態にすることによって、およびこのスラリーをかき混ぜることによっておよび/またはそれを通して溶剤を循環させることによって溶剤で洗浄され;
− 洗浄された繊維が前記スラリーから回収され;そして
− 前記回収された繊維が、この溶媒を実質的に除去するためにスチームでのストリッピングを受ける
方法を提供することによってこれらの問題を解決することを目指している。
Claims (9)
- 繊維強化ポリマー物品のリサイクル方法において、
− 最終的に断片に切断された前記物品を、ポリマーを溶解させることができるが繊維を溶解させることができず、かつ水と共沸混合物を形成する溶剤に溶解させて溶液を形成するポリマー溶解工程と;
− 前記溶液から繊維を回収する繊維回収工程と;
− 前記繊維を溶剤中のスラリーの形態にし、該スラリーを攪拌しおよび/または該溶剤をスラリー中で循環させることによって、前記繊維を溶剤で洗浄し、スラリーによる洗浄で繊維からポリマーを実質的に除去して繊維のくっつきを防止する繊維洗浄工程と;
− 前記洗浄された繊維を前記スラリーから回収する洗浄繊維回収工程と;
− 前記回収された繊維をスチームストリッピングに供して、溶剤を実質的に除去するスチームストリッピング工程と
を具備する方法。 - 前記物品を溶解させるための溶剤と前記繊維の洗浄のために使用される溶剤が同じものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが塩化ビニルポリマーであり、前記物品の溶解と前記繊維の洗浄の両方に使用される溶剤が2重量%〜8重量%のアルコール、13重量%〜17重量%の相分離剤および4重量%〜6重量%の水を含有し、残り(すなわち69重量%〜81重量%)がメチルエチルケトンで構成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶解工程が、スクリーンが底部濾過プレートとして溶解機へ組み込まれている溶解機−フィルターで行われ、溶解工程の終わりに、ポリマー溶液が前記プレートを通して排出されて別に処理される一方、繊維とあらゆる最終の他の不溶物が溶解機内部にとどまってさらに処理される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶解工程が、円筒形の有孔バスケットを収容した回転タンブラーで行われ、溶解工程の終わりに、ポリマー溶液が前記有孔バスケットを通して排出されて別に処理される一方、繊維とあらゆる最終の他の不溶物がバスケット内部にとどまって前記バスケットおよびタンブラー内部でさらに処理される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、スチームストリッピングの前に少なくとも2回洗浄される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各洗浄工程から生じる溶剤が緩衝タンクに貯蔵され、その後のバッチにおいて、例えば洗浄および/または溶解のために再使用される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 溶剤で洗浄された後、スチームストリッピングされる前に、前記繊維を水で洗浄し、繊維上へポリマーを沈澱させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程後に、前記繊維が前記溶解機−フィルターの底部濾過プレート上にかまたは前記回転タンブラーの円筒形の有孔バスケット内部に保持され、繊維がこれらのアイテム上/中に依然として保持されている間に、その中にスチームを吹き付けることによって、前記スチームストリッピング工程がなされる、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
