Description
以下の実験設備、材料および方法を、本実験を実施する際に使用した。これらの実験方法の適用は、例示的な実施形態を例証して、先行技術の文脈の中にそれを置く、下記の具体的な実施例の節で導入される。
・ 温度制御を備えた、マグネチックスターラーおよびヒーター、例えばJanke & Kunkel GmbH、ドイツによって製造されたIkamag Ret。
・ ビーカー、1リットルおよび2リットル。
・ 2リットルのコニカルフラスコ、ブフナー漏斗および真空ポンプ。
・ 濾布。
・ レオメータ − Thermo Electron GmbH、ドイツによって製造されたカップ Z20/48 mmおよびローター Z20 DIN を備えるHaake RheoStress RS100。
・ 化学天秤(小数点以下2桁まで秤量する) − Sartorius GmbH、ドイツによって製造されたSartorius Basic B3100P。
・ オートクレーブ、25リットル。
・ メチル−4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸ナトリウム、分析用、Merck,KGaA、ドイツ、ダルムシュタット イソプロピルアルコール、100%
・ グリセリン、分析用、Scharlau Chemie、スペイン、バルセロナ。
・ レモン油、H.N.Fusgaard、デンマーク、レズオウア(Roedovre)。
・ Cremophor RH 40、BASF、ドイツ、ルードヴィヒスハーフェン(Ludwigshafen)。
・ イオン交換樹脂、Lewatit(登録商標) S−1468、ナトリウム形態の酸性の陽イオン交換樹脂、LANXESS、ドイツ、レーバークーゼン(Leverkusen)。
1. カラゲナンを過剰の水酸化カルシウムを用いて抽出し、高温で24時間放置して、完全なアルカリ変性をもたらした。
2. 次いでこのエキスを濾過し、二酸化炭素を用いてpH 約9まで中和し、再度濾過し、3体積分の100% イソプロパノールの中に沈殿させた。
3. 次いでこの沈殿物を圧しつけ、70℃で一晩乾燥し、0.250mmのふるい上で粉にした。
1. 海藻を1リットルの脱イオン水中で3回洗浄し、冷蔵庫の中で保存した。
2. 約130gの洗浄した海藻を10リットルのビーカーの中に入れた。
3. 7500mlの沸騰する脱イオン水を加え、90℃で1時間抽出を実施した。
4. 抽出された海藻を、珪藻土を濾過助剤として用いて濾過した。
5. 濾過したエキスを3体積分の100% イソプロパノールの中に沈殿させ、手で圧しつけ、70℃で一晩乾燥した。次いで、最終的に0.250mmのふるい上で粉にした。
1. 20gの乾燥したカラゲナンを1リットルの脱イオン水に分散させ、撹拌しながら70℃に加熱することにより溶解させた(2%溶液が生成する)。
2. 種々の量のイオン交換樹脂をこの熱い溶液に加え、この混合物を70℃で種々の時間のあいだ静置した。
3. この後、この混合物をナイロン布上で濾過し、この液体を3体積分の100% イソプロピルアルコールの中で沈殿させ、500mlの100% イソプロピルアルコールの中で1回洗浄した。
4. この沈殿物を70℃で一晩乾燥し、0.250mmのふるい上で粉にした。
1. 600gの乾燥E.cottonii海藻を、生産プラントからの水の中で4回洗浄した。
2. 洗浄した海藻を15リットルの生産プラントからの水とともにオートクレーブに入れ、100℃で30分間抽出した。
3. 抽出された海藻をふるいにかけ、約90℃の温度で3〜4時間静置した。
4. このエキスを珪藻土のフィルターで濾過し、カラゲナンの濃度を決定するために少量の試料をイソプロピルアルコールの中で沈殿させた。
5. このエキスの試料を、異なる量のイオン交換樹脂を用いて70℃で30分間イオン交換した。
6. このイオン交換樹脂を、ふるいを用いて除去し、このエキスを3体積分のイソプロピルアルコールの中に沈殿させた。
1. 水、グリセリンおよびパラベンを混合した。
2. 海藻エキスをこの混合物に分散させ、約60分間撹拌した。
3. この分散液を撹拌しながら70℃に加熱した。
4. 次いでこの分散液を55〜60℃まで冷却した。
5. レモン油、イソプロピルアルコールおよびCremophor RH 40の熱い(約50℃)調製物を、この冷却した分散液の中へと混合した。
6. 全体の重量を熱い(約60℃)水を用いて調整し、室温で一晩冷却した。
1. 65〜5℃、0.50Pa、f=0.4640Hz
2. 5〜65℃、0.50Pa、f=0.4640Hz
3. ゲル化温度は、弾性係数、G’が粘性係数、G”と交差する冷却掃引の間の温度として定義する。
4. 融点は、弾性係数、G’が粘性係数、G”と交差する加熱掃引の間の温度として定義する。
Claims (8)
- イオン交換プロセスにかけられた慣用的に抽出されたκカラゲナンを含む組成物であって、前記κカラゲナンは、
5mg/gカラゲナン〜30mg/gカラゲナンのカリウム含有量と、
7mg/gカラゲナン未満のカルシウム含有量と、
0.2mg/gカラゲナン未満のマグネシウム含有量と、
を含む、組成物。 - 前記κカラゲナンは、30mg/gカラゲナン超のナトリウム含有量を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記カラゲナンは10℃〜27℃のゲル化温度、および23℃〜43℃の融点を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- イオン交換されたカラゲナン組成物を生産するためのプロセスであって、
ιカラゲナンを含有する出発物質を酸を使用せずに水系処理溶液で抽出して、ιカラゲナンエキスを形成する工程と、
前記ιカラゲナンエキスを酸性の陽イオン交換材料と接触させ、前記ιカラゲナンエキスの陽イオン含有量を低下させて、イオン交換されたιカラゲナンエキスを生産する工程と
を含み、前記イオン交換されたιカラゲナンエキスは、6mg/gカラゲナン〜35mg/gカラゲナンのカリウム含有量と、13mg/gカラゲナン未満のカルシウム含有量と、5mg/gカラゲナン未満のマグネシウム含有量とを有する、プロセス。 - 前記イオン交換されたιカラゲナンエキスは、45mg/gカラゲナン超のナトリウム含有量を含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- イオン交換されたカラゲナン組成物を生産するためのプロセスであって、
κカラゲナンを含有する出発物質を水系処理溶液で中性で抽出して、中性のκカラゲナンエキスを形成する工程と、
前記中性のκカラゲナンエキスを酸性の陽イオン交換材料と接触させ、前記中性のκカラゲナンエキスの陽イオン含有量を低下させて、イオン交換された中性のκカラゲナンエキスを生産する工程と
を含み、前記イオン交換された中性のκカラゲナンエキスは、4mg/gカラゲナン〜30mg/gカラゲナンのカリウム含有量と、3mg/gカラゲナン未満のカルシウム含有量と、3mg/gカラゲナン未満のマグネシウム含有量とを有する、プロセス。 - イオン交換されたカラゲナン組成物を生産するためのプロセスであって、
κカラゲナンを含有する出発物質を水系処理溶液で慣用的に抽出して、慣用的なκカラゲナンエキスを形成する工程と、
前記慣用的なκカラゲナンエキスを酸性の陽イオン交換材料と接触させ、前記慣用的なκカラゲナンエキスの陽イオン含有量を低下させて、イオン交換された慣用的なκカラゲナンエキスを生産する工程と
を含み、前記イオン交換された慣用的なκカラゲナンエキスは、5mg/gカラゲナン〜30mg/gカラゲナンのカリウム含有量と、7mg/gカラゲナン未満のカルシウム含有量と、0.2mg/gカラゲナン未満のマグネシウム含有量とを有する、プロセス。 - 前記イオン交換されたκカラゲナンエキスは、更に30mg/gカラゲナン超のナトリウム含有量を有する、請求項6又は7に記載のプロセス。
