Description
このタイプのシールは、壁に収容されるスリーブまたは壁の開口に、通常収容される。シールは、多くの異なる実施形態において使用され、流体、塵、ほこり、ガス、齧歯類、シロアリなどに対してシールする必要性があり得る。壁の反対側にかなり大きい圧力差がある。したがって、所望の方法で機能するためには、シールがぴったりとそのスリーブが収容される開口又は同様のものに嵌合しなければならず、そのシールは、実際の取付寸法に適合されなければならない。取付寸法は、スリーブまたは開口の内径によって決定される。

本発明のシールは、パイプの貫通または遷移のために使用される。それは、2つの同一の部品から形成される。そして、使用中のそれはシールを形成するために接合される。シールが形成される2つの部分は、それぞれ、半円筒の形状を有する。各シールの半分は、弾性材料の2つのベース部を有する。それらは、前側ベース部1aおよび後側ベース部1bである。前側ベース部1aおよび後側ベース部1bの両端では、それぞれ、前側取付部品2および後側取付部品3が配置される。
Claims (7)
- パイプまたはチューブが貫通するシールであり、
前記シールは、シールの半分が接合されるときに、パイプまたはチューブのための少なくとも一つの中央開口部を形成する二つの部分により形成され、
半分のシールのそれぞれは、二つのベース部(1a,1b)の構成を有し、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の間には、機械的スタッドとともに、膨張性材料(5)のレイヤが配置され、前記機械的スタッドは、前記ベース部(1a,1b)間に配置され、前記ベース部(1a,1b)を、圧縮の間、機械的に分離し、
前記膨張性材料(5)は、熱により放射状に膨張し、パイプまたはチューブを崩壊して遮断し、
前記膨張性材料のレイヤは、前記ベース部(1a,1b)間におけるスタッドを用いた機械的位置決め手段により、それぞれの前記ベース部(1a,1b)を固定し、
間隙(7)は、前記膨張性材料(5)のレイヤの内側に形成され、
前記ベース部(1a,1b)は、弾性材料であり、
前側取付部(2)および後側取付部(3)は、それぞれ、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の反対側の端部に配置され、前記前側取付部および前記後側取付部(2,3)は、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の開口部及び前記膨張性材料(5)のレイヤを通って収容されたネジ(4)によって、互いに接続される、シール。 - 請求項1に記載のシールであって、
前記膨張性材料(5)のレイヤの軸方向長さは、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の軸方向長さより短い、シール。 - 請求項2に記載のシールであって、
前記膨張性材料(5)の前記軸方向長さは、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の前記軸方向長さ全体の約10%である、シール。 - 請求項1に記載のシールであって、
前記ベース部は、内側に剥離可能なレイヤ(6)を有し、そのレイヤ(6)は、手で剥離されるのに十分な程度の粘着性で互いに付着しており、
そして、レイヤ(6)は、前記各中央開口部の内径を変化させるために剥ぎ取られる、シール。 - 請求項4に記載のシールであって、
前記膨張性材料(5)のレイヤの半径方向の厚みは、当該レイヤ(6)を除いて、前記ベース部(1a,1b)の半径方向の厚みと一致する、シール。 - 請求項4に記載のシールであって、
