Claims (2)
- 取鍋精錬用のスラグである還元スラグの基本組成が、質量%で、CaO:50〜70%、Al2O3:10〜40%、SiO2:5〜15%、MgO:2〜10%からなり、その基本組成を100mol%としたとき、この100mol%に対してアルカリ酸化物であるK2OおよびLiO2のうち1種類以上を0.5〜10mol%添加してスラグを形成して取鍋精錬により溶鋼を脱硫することを特徴とする鋼の脱硫方法。
- 請求項1に記載の、基本組成が、質量%で、CaO:50〜70%、Al 2 O 3 :10〜40%、SiO 2 :5〜15%、MgO:2〜10%からなる還元スラグにアルカリ酸化物であるK2OおよびLiO2のうち1種類以上とNa2Oとを0.5〜10mol%添加してスラグを形成して取鍋精錬により溶鋼を脱硫することを特徴とする鋼の脱硫方法。
