Claims (12)
- 回転軸(X)周りに回転可能に配置された筐体(2)と、
前記筐体(2)上に配置された切断部材(4)と
を備え、
前記切断部材(4)は、前記回転軸(X)とほぼ平行な方向に伸びる刃先(6)を有し、
前記切断部材(4)は、前記筐体(2)の複数の壁(2a、2b、2c)により形成される前記筐体(2)の凹部(14)に取り外し可能に配置され、
前記凹部(8)には、作動状態において前記筐体上に前記切断部材を保持するために前記切断部材(4)を装填方向(P)に装填する装填体(12)と、前記切断工具の前記作動状態において前記装填体(12)に対して前記装填方向(P)に力を加える弾性部材(20)とが配置され、
前記装填方向(P)への前記装填体(12)の移動はガイド面(F)により導かれ、前記ガイド面は、前記回転軸(X)と平行な平面(E)を走行する、ラベル切断用切断工具(1)であって、
前記ガイド面(F)は、前記装填方向(P)への前記装填体(12)の移動を導く、前記平面(E)を走行する唯一のガイド面(F)であり、
前記筐体(2)から分離可能であり前記ガイド面(F)を形成するガイド部材(22)が前記凹部(14)に配置されることを特徴とする切断工具。 - 前記凹部(14)は前記筐体(2)の複数の壁(2a、2b、2c)により形成され、
前記壁(2a、2b、2c)は互いに一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断工具。 - 前記切断部材(4)と前記凹部(14)の壁(2a)との間には、前記切断部材(4)を押し付けるように作用する、変形材料からなる圧力片(16)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の切断工具(1)。
- 前記圧力片(16)は、前記壁(2a、2b、2c)のうち1つに設けられた凹部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切断工具。
- 前記筐体(2)の前記凹部(14)に配置された前記ガイド部材(22)が可撓性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記弾性部材(20)は、前記筐体の前記壁(2a、2b、2c)のうち1つと一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記弾性部材(20)の少なくとも1つの領域が気体媒体により移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記切断部材(4)は、前記装填体(12)に対して互いに平行でない少なくとも2つの面上で支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記装填体(12)は、前記装填方向(P)に可撓性を有し前記切断部材(4)が配置される溝(13)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記弾性部材(20)は可撓性膜(54)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記弾性部材に気体を供給する供給装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
- 前記回転軸方向に並んだ複数の弾性部材(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断工具。
