Claims (9)
- 電子源であって、
電子エミッタと、
電子エミッタを保持するレセプタクルを含む陰極カップとを有し、
前記陰極カップが、複数の空腔を有する表面を備える前記電子エミッタに面する領域に少なくとも与えられ、
前記レセプタクルが、前記電子エミッタを固定するソケットを含み、
前記空腔が、前記ソケットの間に与えられ、
前記空腔が、落ち込みとして形成され、前記落ち込みの周辺部が互いに接触する、電子源。 - 前記空腔が、前記陰極カップの物質において形成される、請求項1に記載の電子源。
- 前記空腔が、少なくとも部分的に前記陰極カップを覆うコーティングにおいて形成される、請求項1に記載の電子源。
- 前記空腔が、レーザー穿孔により作られる、請求項1乃至3の一項に記載の電子源。
- 前記空腔が、ミリングにより作られる、請求項1乃至4の一項に記載の電子源。
- 前記空腔が、シンク腐食により作られる、請求項1乃至5の一項に記載の電子源。
- 前記レセプタクルが、凹部を有し、前記凹部に前記電子エミッタが構成される、請求項1乃至6の一項に記載の電子源。
- 増加された電気抵抗を持つ前記電子エミッタの領域が、前記空腔に面する、請求項1乃至7に記載の電子源。
- 請求項1乃至8の一項に記載の電子源を有する、X線システム。
