Description
Claims (13)
- 上部の端縁で内側に向かって凹設されていて、前記上部の中心で一定半径の外側から端部まで均一に複数の取付孔が形成されたハウジングと;前記複数の取付孔にそれぞれ設置され、前記ハウジングの上部に球面を形成する複数のプローブユニットと;前記複数のプローブユニットが形成する球面を覆う接地フィルムと;を含むことを特徴とする超音波プローブであって、
前記プローブユニットは、
電気及び熱伝導性を有する連結バーと;
前記連結バーの下部面に形成され、前記ハウジングの取付孔を通じて前記ハウジングの下部に突出する第1接続ピンと;
前記連結バーの上部面に形成され、前記球面を形成するための傾斜面が形成された後面ブロックと;
前記後面ブロックの傾斜面に形成された圧電ウェーハと;
前記圧電ウェーハの上部面に形成された複数の音響整合層と;
を含むことを特徴とする超音波プローブ。 - 前記ハウジングには、放射状に前記取付孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記球面の中心で一定半径の外部から前記球面の端部まで複数の環状の領域に沿って前記複数の取付孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1接続ピンの上部に形成された後面ブロック、圧電ウェーハ及び音響整合層は、前記ハウジングの中心を向く側の第1長さが、前記ハウジングの端部を向く側の第2長さより短いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 同じ環に形成された前記プローブユニットは、同一の形態を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記ハウジングの中心から端部に行くほど前記プローブユニットの長さが増加し、前記ハウジングの下部に突出する第1接続ピンの長さは同一であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 異なる環に位置する前記プローブユニットの連結バーの長さが互いに異なり、前記ハウジングの中心から端部に行くほど増加することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記プローブユニットの連結バーは、
下部に前記第1接続ピンが挿入されて結合される第1ピン孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。 - 前記プローブユニットの後面ブロックは、下部に第2接続ピンが突出していて、
前記プローブユニットの連結バーは、上部に前記第2接続ピンが挿入されて結合される第2ピン孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波プローブ。 - 前記ハウジングに形成された取付孔は、
前記ハウジングの下部に形成され、前記第1接続ピンが挿入されて突出する第1取付孔と;
前記第1取付孔と垂直に連結され、前記連結バーが挿入される第2取付孔と;
前記第2取付孔と垂直に連結され、前記後面ブロックが挿入されて搭載される第3取付孔と;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波プローブ。 - 前記プローブユニットの連結バーの素材は、銅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記プローブユニットの後面ブロックの素材は、グラファイトであり、前記圧電ウェーハの素材は、PZTまたはPMN−PTであり、前記接地フィルムは、ポリイミドフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記接地フィルムを覆って保護するカバー層;
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
