Description
本出願は、2008年2月26日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/031,401号に対する優先権を主張するものである。
a)硬化時に寸法的に安定したウレタンフォームを作製するために親水性ウレタンプレポリマーを含む水性反応混合物を表面上に鋳造することにより、第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層を作製し、この未硬化フォームを圧縮するステップと、
b)溶剤又は吸収剤に曝されると徐々に放出する機能成分を含む組成物を前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層上に分散させるステップと、
c)その後、前記第1の層上に第2の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層をさらに加え、結果として得られる未硬化の層状質量体を圧縮するステップと、
d)層状質量体を硬化させることにより、吸収剤である、又は溶剤に曝されると徐々に放出する前記機能成分に富む一体化内部領域を含む寸法的に安定した親水性ポリウレタンからなる層状の一体化した及び成形した製品を作製するステップと、
により作製されることが好ましい。
a)ウレタンプレポリマーを含むとともに、硬化時に所望の硬さ又は柔らかさの寸法的に安定した発泡体を作製するのに効果的な割合の寸法制御成分を任意で含む水性反応混合物を表面上に鋳造し、鋳造材料を解放可能に覆い、これを圧縮領域に通して第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層を作製するステップと、
b)前記第1の層から解放可能な被覆を除去するステップと、
c)吸収剤である、又は溶剤に曝されると徐々に放出する機能成分を含む組成物を前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層上に分散させるステップと、
d)その後、前記第1の層上に第2の未硬化ポリウレタンの層を加えて、前記機能成分に富むコア領域を含む未硬化層状質量体を作製するステップと、
e)前記未硬化層状質量体を解放可能に覆い、これを圧縮領域に通して硬化させ、硬化した寸法的に安定した層状一体化成形親水性ポリウレタンフォームを作製するステップと、
に従って実施される。
以下の実施例は、様々な異なる用途のために選択した機能成分からなるコア領域を含む一体化層状成形ポリウレタンフォームの使用を示している。
セルロースエーテル、四級化セルロース誘導体、ポリクオタニウム24、グアーガム、カチオングアー誘導体、アルギネート、キサンタンガム、アラビアガム、カラヤガム、イナゴマメ粉末、リンシードガム、デキストラン、セラック、アミロース、アミロペクチン、デキストリン、化学的に及び/又は熱的に修飾された澱粉、並びにキトサン及びその誘導体から選択された天然の、必要に応じて化学的に修飾されたポリマー、
超吸収体として機能するのでなくむしろ水で膨張することによりゲル様又はコロイド溶液に変換される合成ポリマー、及びこれはPEOなどの材料を含む、
O−ヒドロキシカルボン酸及びこれらの誘導体、
グループB、C、及びHのビタミン、プロビタミン、及びビタミン中間体並びにこれらの誘導体、
分裂できる植物形成組織(分裂組織)、緑茶(カメリアシネンシス)、ハマメリス、カモミール、マリーゴールド、パンジー、ボタン、ホースチェスナット、セージ、ウイロー樹皮、シナモンツリー、菊、オーク樹皮、イラクサ、ホップ、ラッパ、ツクシ、サンザシ、リンデンフラワー、アルモンド、トウヒ針葉部、ビャクダン、ジュニパー、ココナツ、キーウィ、グアバ、ライム、マンゴ、アプリコット、小麦、メロン、オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、アボカド、ローズマリー、カバノキ、ブナの若芽、マロー、クックーフラワー、ノコギリソウ、イブキジャコウソウ、ジャコウソウ、バームミント、resthallow、ビロードアオイ(タチアオイ属)、ゼニアオイ(ウスベニアオイ)、スミレ、クロフサスグリの葉、フキタンポポ、キジムシロ、朝鮮人参、根生姜、サツマイモ、オリーブ(オリーブ)、及び柑橘果実種から選択された植物抽出物、
藻及び微生物の抽出物、
収斂剤水溶性無機及び有機アルミニウム、亜鉛、及びジルコニウム塩並びにこれらの混合物から選択された制汗活性を有する活性物質、
体臭防止活性を有する活性物質、
2−3C原子を有する水性カルボン酸で修飾することができるケイ酸、天然及び合成ケイ酸塩、アルミノケイ酸塩、カオリン、タルク、及びアパタイト、
必要に応じて、表面修飾した窒化ホウ素粒子、水不溶性真珠箔、及び水不溶性有機顔料とすることができるチタン、鉄、亜鉛、ジルコニウム、セリウム、マグネシウム、及びビスマスの酸化物から選択された顔料、
水溶性及び油溶性有機日光遮断成分、
ケラチン繊維を染めるために必要に応じて脂肪性物質XIII染料及び酸化染料(中間体)でコーティングすることができる、ポリマー粒子及び植物性研磨剤から選択された化粧用研磨剤、
酸化及び還元成分、
皮脂調整、皮膚緩和、抗炎症、収斂、又はかん流促進活性を有する活性物質。

Claims (14)
- 親水性ポリウレタンフォームを含む層状一体化成形品を作製する方法であって、
a)硬化時に所望の硬さの発泡体を作製するのに必要な割合の遊離イソシアネート基を含むウレタンプレポリマー及び任意に寸法制御成分を含む水性反応混合物を表面上に鋳造することにより第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層を形成し、該第1の層を圧縮するステップと、
b)溶剤流体に曝されたときに徐々に放出する吸収剤又は機能成分を含む組成物を前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層上に分散させるステップと、
c)その後、前記第1の層上に第2の未硬化ポリウレタンの層をさらに加え、結果として得られる未硬化層状質量体を圧縮するステップと、
d)前記層状質量体を硬化させて、溶剤流体に曝されたときに徐々に放出する吸収剤又は機能成分に富むコア領域を含む、結果として得られる親水性ポリウレタンフォームの層状一体化成形品を作製するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記組成物が、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリルアミド、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ポリビニルイミダゾリン、及びポリヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、並びに前記ポリマーのコポリマー及び混合物からなる群から選択された水溶性ポリマーを含む機能成分を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記水溶性ポリマーを含む組成物が、10〜300メッシュの粒子サイズを有する粉末の形である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記水溶性ポリマーを含む組成物が、事前測定した量だけ加えられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記水性反応混合物が、硬化時に発泡体を作製できる割合の親水性プレポリマー及び寸法制御剤を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記水性反応混合物が界面活性剤をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記プレポリマーと寸法制御剤の割合が1:2〜2:1である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記水溶性ポリマーの量が、硬化後の最終的な層状一体化製品の20重量パーセント〜80重量パーセントである、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記表面上で鋳造される前記水性反応混合物が、0.01〜10重量パーセントのPEOを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 親水性ポリウレタンを含む層状一体化成形品を作製する方法であって、
a)硬化時にウレタンフォームを作製するのに必要な割合のウレタンプレポリマー及び任意に寸法制御成分を含む水性反応混合物を表面上に鋳造することにより、未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの鋳造層を形成するステップと、
b)前記鋳造層を解放可能に覆い、これを圧縮領域に通して第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層を形成するステップと、
c)前記第1の層から前記解放可能な被覆を除去するステップと、
d)溶剤流体に曝されたときに徐々に放出する吸収剤又は機能成分を含む組成物を前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層上に分散させるステップと、
e)その後、前記機能成分を分散させた後に前記第1の未硬化層上に第2の未硬化ポリウレタンの層を加えて未硬化の層状一体化質量体を作製するステップと、
f)前記層状一体化質量体を解放可能に覆い、これを圧縮領域に通すとともにこれを硬化させて、前記機能成分からなるコア領域を含む硬化した層状一体化製品を作製するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップ「a」のものと同じウレタンプレポリマー又は異なるウレタンプレポリマー混合物を含む水性反応混合物を前記第1の未硬化層上に鋳造することにより前記第2の未硬化ポリウレタンの層が加えられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記機能成分がポリエチレンオキシドを含み、前記層状一体化製品が、安全剃刀の刃部材の近くに挿入するためにコンフォートストリップに切断される、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 親水性ポリウレタンを含む層状一体化成形品を作製する方法であって、
a)硬化時に発泡体を作製するのに必要な割合のウレタンプレポリマー及び寸法制御成分を含む水性反応混合物を表面上に鋳造することにより、未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの鋳造層を形成するステップと、
b)前記鋳造層を解放可能に覆い、これを圧縮領域に通して第1の未硬化ポリウレタンフォームの層を形成するステップと、
c)前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層の一部が付着した前記解放可能な被覆を前記第1の層から除去するステップと、
d)溶剤又は吸収剤に曝されたときに徐々に放出する機能成分を含む組成物を前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層上に分散させるステップと、
e)その後、前記第1の未硬化ポリウレタンの層の一部が付着した前記第1の未硬化層から除去した前記解放可能な被覆で前記第1の未硬化層を覆って第2の未硬化ポリウレタンの層を提供し、前記機能成分からなるコア層を形成するステップと、
f)結果として得られる質量体を圧縮した後に硬化させて、硬化した層状一体化成形フォーム製品を作製するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記機能成分が、包帯又は創傷被覆フォームの前記コア層から放出するための生物活性剤又は抗生物質、パーソナルケアスポンジの前記コア層から放出するための化粧用成分、洗浄又は研磨用スポンジの前記コア層から放出するための洗剤又は研磨剤、衣服乾燥機で使用するためのシートから放出するためのドライクリーニング剤又は静電気防止剤、及び廃棄物洗浄スポンジの細孔を通る流体を吸い上げるための吸収剤を含む組成物から選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項10及び請求項13に記載の方法。
