Claims (9)
- 酸化物換算の質量百分率表示でSiO240〜70%、Al2O3 0〜5%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 8.5〜18%、ZnO 4〜12%、TiO2 10.5〜15%、ZrO2 0〜10%(但し、La 2 O 3 が0.5モル%以上の場合を除く)を含有するガラス組成を有することを特徴とする複合材用ガラス繊維。
- 屈折率(nd)が1.55〜1.60、アッベ数(νd)が50〜40の範囲の光学恒数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材用ガラス繊維。
- JIS R3502(1995)に従うアルカリ溶出量(ΣR2O)が、0.35mg以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の複合材用ガラス繊維。
- 熔融ガラスの粘性が103dPa・sに相当する成形温度(Tx)が1250℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の複合材用ガラス繊維。
- 液相温度(Ty)が1150℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の複合材用ガラス繊維。
- 成形温度(Tx)と液相温度(Ty)との温度差(ΔTxy)が70℃以上であることを特徴とする複合材用ガラス繊維。
- 請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の複合材用ガラス繊維の製造方法であって、前記ガラス組成となるようガラス原料を耐熱性容器内で熔融する熔融工程と、熔融ガラスを連続的に耐熱性ノズルより引き出してガラス繊維として成形する紡糸工程とを有することを特徴とするガラス繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のガラス繊維と有機樹脂材とを複合化することによって得られたものであることを特徴とする可視光透過複合材。
- フラットディスプレイ装置に搭載される透明基板であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の可視光透過複合材。
