Description
SN=([H2]−[CO2])/([CO]+[CO2])
と定義される、いわゆる化学量論数(SN)により一般に表され、ここで、各成分の濃度は体積%またはモル%で表される。
・ SMRユニット:約1150GJ/hの最大熱負荷;
・ GHRユニット:420GJ/hの最大エネルギー入力;
・ POXユニット:約5200キロモル/hの酸素の最大ASU容量により制限される
を考慮して、Pro−IIなどの標準的なシミュレーションパッケージを使用して、フロースキームによるプロセスでメタンの豊富なガスからのメタノールの製造をシミュレーションする。表2には、ここで、新たに比較実験Aと命名された、特許文献1により実施例3および表3に提供されるような、流量、組成データ、温度および圧力に基づく10000mtpdのメタノール生産能力に関する合成ガス製造のシミュレーション結果が示されている。この実験において供給原料として使用された天然ガスの組成が、表1に与えられている。
Claims (9)
- 脱硫されたガス状炭化水素供給原料から合成ガス混合物を製造するための複合改質プロセスであって、前記供給原料が第1と第2の供給原料流に分割され、該第1の供給原料流が、水蒸気と混合され、直列に運転されているガス加熱改質装置(GHR)および水蒸気メタン改質装置(SMR)に供給され、前記第2の供給原料流が、SMRから来る改質されたガスと混合され、酸素と共に、非触媒部分酸化改質装置(POX)に供給されることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素供給原料は、少なくとも80モル%のメタンを含有する、メタンの豊富な供給原料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の供給原料流が、前記供給原料の45〜50体積%を構成し、2.3〜2.7の水蒸気/炭素比で水蒸気と混合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプロセス。
- 水蒸気と混合された前記第1の供給原料流が、500〜550℃に加熱され、次いで、GHRに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- GHRから来るある程度改質されたガスが、625〜675℃の温度を有し、その後、SMRに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- SMRからの全ての改質されたガスが、前記第2の供給原料流と混合されることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 1つのGHR、1つのSMRおよび1つのPOXを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 得られた前記合成ガス混合物が、2.0〜2.2の化学量論数を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の複合改質プロセスを含む、炭化水素供給原料からメタノールを製造するためのプロセス。
