Claims (2)
- ロータの回転軸の上下のころがり軸受と、どちらか一方のころがり軸受の外輪を保持するスリーブと、該スリーブの外周部に嵌着したOリング等の弾性体を介して該スリーブが軸方向に摺動可能に嵌入するスリーブケースとを有しており、これらスリーブとスリーブケースとを可撓性を有する熱伝達手段で連結し、この熱伝達手段は熱伝導率の高い材料からなる金属細線を編み上げて形成した可撓性を有する布状の円板状体からなり、該円板状体は、その表面で前記スリーブ及び前記スリーブケースの各下面又は各上面に当接して係着されていることを特徴とする分子ポンプの軸受放熱構造。
- ロータの回転軸の上下のころがり軸受と、どちらか一方のころがり軸受の外輪を保持するスリーブと、該スリーブの外周部に嵌着したOリング等の弾性体を介して該スリーブが軸方向に摺動可能に嵌入するスリーブケースとを有しており、これらスリーブとスリーブケースとを可撓性を有する熱伝達手段で連結し、この熱伝達手段は熱伝導率の高い材料からなる薄い金属板を複数枚重ね合せて、同心円の波打ち状の凹凸を有する円板状体に形成した可撓性を有する円板状体からなり、該円板状体は、その表面で前記スリーブ及び前記スリーブケースの各下面又は各上面に当接して係着されていることを特徴とする分子ポンプの軸受放熱構造。
