Description
(i)遷移金属化合物及び窒素含有有機物

NO転化率=(入口のNOモル流量−出口のNOモル流量)/(入口のNOモル流量)×100%
CO転化率=(入口のCOモル流量−出口のCOモル流量)/(入口のCOモル流量)×100%
NH3転化率=(入口のNH3モル流量−出口のNH3モル流量)/(入口のNH3モル流量)×100%
芳香族炭化水素の転化率=(入口の芳香族炭化水素のモル流量−出口の芳香族炭化水素のモル流量)/(入口の芳香族炭化水素のモル流量)×100%
炭素バランス=(出口の炭素総モル流量−入口の炭素総モル流量)/(入口の炭素総モル流量)×100%
NO2収率=(出口のNO2モル流量)/(入口のNOモル流量+入口のNO2モル流量)×100%
反応管内に上記炭素材料を100mg入れ、1000ppmのNO、15%O2、及びHeからなるガスを室温25℃環境下で反応管に150mL/分で3時間流し、NO、NO2等の濃度を測定した。その後、NOxの濃度がゼロレベルに戻るまで25℃でHeを150mL/分で流し、反応管をクリーニングした。その後、30℃から10℃/分の割合で600℃まで上昇させ、Heを150ml/分流した。脱着曲線を用いて、積分計算により炭素材料表面に吸着したNOx量を算出したその結果を図3に示す。
反応管内に、上記炭素材料を100mg入れ、2500ppmのCO、15%O2、及びHeからなるガスを反応管へ流し(150mL/分、F/w:90000mL/(g・h))、COの転化率を測定した。その結果を図4に示す。
反応管内に、上記炭素材料を0.1g入れ、2000ppmのNH3/Airのガスを反応管へ流し(200mL/分、F/w:120000mL/(g・h))、NH3の転化率を測定した。その結果を図5に示す。
反応管内に、上記炭素材料を50mg入れ、500ppmのトルエン/Airのガスを反応管へ流し(30mL/分、F/w:36000mL/(g・h))、トルエンの転化率を測定した。その結果を図6に示す。
本炭素材料30mgを27℃の環境下で3Lのテドラーバックに収納し、アセトアルデヒドの濃度が20ppmの空気をテドラーバックへ注入した。24時間後、テドラーバック内のアセトアルデヒドの濃度を、ガス検知管(ガステック製)を用いて測定したところ、アセトアルデヒドの濃度は0ppmであり、テドラーバック中のアセトアルデヒドが本炭素材料に吸着され、除去されたことを確認した。
アセトアルデヒドの濃度が20ppmの空気をホルムアルデヒドの濃度が50ppmの空気に代えた以外は実施例5と同様に測定したところ、ホルムアルデヒドの濃度は24時間後には0ppmであり、テドラーバック中のホルムアルデヒドが本炭素材料に吸着され、除去されたことを確認した。
実施例1と同様に、市販のアルミナ材(添川理化学株式会社製)を用いて、NO、NO2等の濃度と、NOxの吸着、脱着挙動を測定した。図7のとおり、アルミナ材においては、NO2は約50ppmとわずかしか酸化されなかった。また、表面に吸着したNOx量は約117μmol/gと、実施例1の炭素材料と比較してわずかな量であった。
実施例1と同様に、2.5重量%の白金を担持したPt/アルミナ材を用いて、NO、NO2等の濃度と、NOxの吸着、脱着挙動を測定した。図8のとおり、Pt/アルミナ材においても、NO2は107ppmとわずかしか酸化されなかった。また、表面に吸着したNOx量は約532μmol/gと実施例1の炭素材料より少なかった。
実施例1と同様に、1.7重量%のAgを担持した、Ag/アルミナ材を用いて、NO、NO2等の濃度と、NOxの吸着、脱着挙動を測定した。Ag/アルミナ材においても、NO2はわずかしか酸化されなかった。また、図9のとおり、表面に吸着したNOx量は約315μmol/gと実施例1の炭素材料より少なかった。
実施例1と同様にして、浄化材を用いない場合のNO、NO2等の濃度と、NOxの吸着、脱着挙動を測定した。浄化材を用いない場合、NO2はわずかしか酸化されなかった。NO2の収率は、5.0%であった(図9)。
実施例2と同様に、2.5重量%の白金を担持したPt/アルミナ材を用いて、COの転化率を測定した。図4のとおり、Pt/アルミナ材においては、100℃までの低温領域ではCOの酸化はわずかであった。しかし、150℃以上ではCOは100%CO2へ酸化された。
実施例3と同様に、1.8重量%の白金を担持したPt/アルミナ材を用いて、NH3の転化率を測定した。図5のとおり、Pt/アルミナ材においては、150℃までの領域ではNH3の酸化はほとんどみられなかった。しかし、250℃以上ではNH3は100%酸化された。
本炭素材料の代わりに、水蒸気賦活活性炭(製品名:白鷺TC、日本エンバイドケミカルズ社製)を用いたこと以外は実施例5と同様に測定したところ、アセトアルデヒドの残存量は10ppmであり、完全にアセトアルデヒドを除去することはできなかった。
本炭素材料の代わりに、水蒸気賦活活性炭(製品名:白鷺TC、日本エンバイドケミカルズ社製)を用いたこと以外は実施例6と同様に測定したところ、ホルムアルデヒドの残存量は30ppmであり、完全にホルムアルデヒドを除去することはできなかった。
Claims (6)
- 遷移金属化合物及び窒素含有有機物、又は、
遷移金属化合物、窒素含有有機物及び窒素非含有炭素化合物、を焼成させてなる炭素材料から構成され、
NO、CO、NH3及び芳香族炭化水素からなる群より選ばれる対象物質の少なくとも1種を酸化し、
前記遷移金属化合物における遷移金属が、Co、Fe又はNiである、酸化触媒。 - 前記対象物質を10℃以上で酸化する、請求項1に記載の酸化触媒。
- 前記対象物質が芳香族炭化水素であり、該芳香族炭化水素を200℃以上で酸化する、請求項1に記載の酸化触媒。
- 遷移金属化合物及び窒素含有有機物、又は、
遷移金属化合物、窒素含有有機物及び窒素非含有炭素化合物、を焼成させてなる炭素材料から構成され、
NO、NO2、ホルムアルデヒド及びアセトアルデヒドからなる群より選ばれる対象物質の少なくとも1種を吸着し、
前記遷移金属化合物における遷移金属が、Co、Fe又はNiである、吸着材。 - 前記対象物質を10℃以上で吸着する、請求項4に記載の吸着材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の酸化触媒及び請求項4又は5に記載の吸着材の少なくとも一方を含む、有害物質浄化材。
