Claims (2)
- 加熱炉本体と、
前記加熱炉本体の内外に通され、かつ、対象流体が流れる管路と、
前記加熱炉本体内に設けられ、前記管路を加熱する炉内加熱部とを備える加熱装置であって、
前記加熱装置は、前記加熱炉本体内に設けられる、被包囲加熱部をさらに備え、
前記管路は、
前記被包囲加熱部を包囲し、前記被包囲加熱部によって加熱される内側区間と、
前記内側区間に通じており、前記内側区間を包囲し、かつ、前記炉内加熱部に加えて前記被包囲加熱部により加熱される外側区間とを有しており、
前記炉内加熱部が、前記内側区間から見て前記外側区間のさらに外側に配置されていることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記被包囲加熱部が熱を放出する柱形部分を有しており、
前記内側区間が、前記被包囲加熱部の柱形部分を包囲する内側螺旋形部分を有しており、
前記外側区間が、前記内側螺旋形部分を包囲する外側螺旋形部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
