Claims (8)
- 燃焼器(30)用の予混合器(100;210)であって、
そこから延びる複数の燃料管(130;250,260)を有する燃料プレナム(110;220)と、
複数の細長い空気管(150;280)を有するバーナ管(140;270)と、
前記複数の燃料管(130;250,260)の周りの少なくとも一部に配置され、前記バーナ管(140;270)の上流端から前記予混合器(100;210)の後端に向けて延びて、空気を前記複数の細長い空気管(150;280)に導くベルマウス(160;290)と、
前記燃料プレナム(110;220)の周りに半径方向に延びる燃料プレナムフランジ(190;320)と、
前記バーナ管(140;270)の周りに半径方向に、かつ前記ベルマウスの燃料の流れる方向に対して下流側に軸方向に延びるバーナ管フランジ(200;330)と、
前記燃料プレナムフランジと前記バーナ管フランジを結合する1つ以上のスペーサ(180;310)と、
を備えており、
前記燃料管(130;250,260)が、前記複数の細長い空気管(150;280)内の少なくとも一部に延在している、
予混合器(100)。 - 前記バーナ管(140;270)が、前記ベルマウスと反対側の第2の端部にバーナ管ノズル(170;300)を備えている、請求項1に記載の予混合器(100)。
- 前記複数の細長い空気管(150;280)が、ベルマウス(160;290)からバーナ管ノズル(170;300)まで延在する、請求項2に記載の予混合器(100)。
- 前記燃料プレナム(110;220)が、前記複数の燃料管(130;250,260)と連通するチャンバ(120;230,240)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の予混合器(100)。
- 前記燃料プレナム(110;220)が複数のチャンバ(230,240)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の予混合器(100)。
- 前記複数のチャンバ(230,240)が第1のチャンバ(230)を含み、前記複数の燃料管(130;250,260)が、第1のチャンバ(230)と連通する複数の第1の燃料管(250)を含む、請求項5記載の予混合器(100)。
- 前記複数のチャンバ(230,240)が第2のチャンバ(240)を含み、前記複数の燃料管(130;250,260)が、第2のチャンバ(240)と連通する複数の第2の燃料管(260)を含む、請求項6記載の予混合器(100)。
- 複数の第1の燃料管(250)が複数の第2の燃料管(260)を囲む、請求項7記載の予混合器(100)。
