Abstract
【解決手段】円筒状容器のほぼ中心軸上に配置され、上端部から供給される液体を前記円筒状容器内に放出する液体供給管と、液体供給管の外側に同軸的に配置され、高速回転する回転中空軸と、この回転中空軸に同軸的に固定されて回転する複数の回転翼を有するロータと、このロータの周囲にらせん状に巻回固定された帯状板からなるスクリューコンベアと、このスクリューコンベアを含む前記ロータ周囲の前記円筒状容器内に設けられた内側円筒状容器と、この内側円筒状容器の上端部において前記円筒状容器内を上下に区画するとともに、複数の貫通孔が形成された仕切り板と、この仕切り板の下側の前記円筒状容器および前記内側円筒状容器間に配置された傾斜底板と、この傾斜底板の低い位置において、前記円筒状容器の側壁に設けられた加工流体排出口と、前記回転中空軸を回転駆動する駆動手段と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- 蓋板および底板を有する円筒状容器と、この円筒状容器のほぼ中心軸上に配置され、上端部から少なくも1種類の液体が供給され、この液体を前記円筒状容器の蓋板を貫通して前記底部上方において放出する液体供給管と、この液体供給管の外側に同軸的に配置され、高速回転する回転中空軸と、この回転中空軸に同軸的に固定された上部回転体、この上部回転体の下方に配置され、前記液体供給管の下端部から流出される前記液体を前記円筒状容器の内壁方向に導く流路を形成するとともに前記上部回転体の下面との間に第1のチャンバを形成する円錐状下部回転体、さらに、前記上部回転体および下部回転体に上端及び下端がそれぞれ固定され、前記回転中空軸の周囲に放射状に設けられた複数の翼板を含むロータと、このロータの周囲にらせん状に巻回固定された帯状板からなるスクリューコンベアと、このスクリューコンベアを含む前記ロータ周囲の前記円筒状容器内に設けられ、下端が前記円筒状容器の底板上に固定され上端が開放した内側円筒状容器と、この内側円筒状容器の上端部において前記円筒状容器内を上下に区画して前記円筒状容器の蓋板の下面との間に第2のチャンバを形成するとともに、複数の貫通孔が形成された仕切り板と、この仕切り板の下側の前記円筒状容器および前記内側円筒状容器間に第3のチャンバを形成するように、前記円筒状容器の底板に対して傾斜して配置された傾斜底板と、この傾斜底板の低い位置において、前記第3のチャンバ内に貯蔵された加工流体を前記円筒状容器の外部に排出するように前記円筒状容器の側壁に設けられた加工流体排出口と、前記回転中空軸を回転駆動する駆動手段と、を備えることを特徴とする立型連続高速攪拌装置。
- 前記回転中空軸は、少なくとも10,000rpm以上の回転数で回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立型連続高速攪拌装置。
- 前記帯状スクリュー板は交互にらせん状に巻回された2枚の帯状スクリュー板により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の立型連続高速攪拌装置。
- 前記らせん状に巻回された2枚の帯状スクリュー板の始端部および終端部は前記ロータの周囲円周上の直径方向で反対位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の立型連続高速攪拌装置。
- 前記液体供給管には、少なくも2種類の液体が混合供給され、これらの液体を前記円筒状容器の蓋板を貫通して前記底部上方において放出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の立型連続高速攪拌装置。
- 前記液体供給管には、前記少なくも1種類の液体に粉体が混合供給されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の立型連続高速攪拌装置。
