Description
この後、図2の(C)のようにロッド4をさらに前進させ、蓋軸5を押して開き、蓋2が全開、移動ダクト6を前進させて地上ダクトの分岐管1と接続する。
ここで、Step04の蓋閉判定ステップにおいて、シリンダー位置2記憶ステップおよび前記シリンダー位置1記憶ステップのそれぞれで記憶したシリンダーの移動位置に基づいて、蓋閉判定を行う。
前記絶対値が、所定の設定値より大きければ、蓋が元の位置(閉位置)にないと判断し、蓋閉不良の表示を行う。(Step05)

Claims (2)
- 集塵ダクト蓋の開閉ロッドの先端部に電極を配設し、
該電極と対地間とに電圧を印加して、接地電流を検出することにより、集塵ダクト蓋と開閉ロッドとの接触を検知する、接触検知ステップと、
集塵ダクト蓋の開動作時に接地電流が流れ出すタイミングにおける、開閉ロッドを動作させるシリンダーの移動位置を記憶する、シリンダー位置1記憶ステップと、
集塵ダクト蓋の閉動作時に接地電流が流れなくなるタイミングにおける、前記シリンダーの移動位置を記憶する、シリンダー位置2記憶ステップと、
該シリンダー位置2記憶ステップおよび前記シリンダー位置1記憶ステップのそれぞれで記憶したシリンダーの移動位置に基づいて、前記閉動作時に集塵ダクト蓋が閉まったと判定する、蓋閉判定ステップと、を有することを特徴とする集塵ダクト蓋の閉検知方法。 - 請求項1に記載の集塵ダクト蓋の閉検知方法において、
前記蓋閉判定ステップにあっては、
前記それぞれで記憶したシリンダーの移動位置の差の絶対値が、所定の設定値以下であれば、集塵ダクト蓋が閉まったと判定することを特徴とする集塵ダクト蓋の閉検知方法。
