Description
[0001]本出願は2009年11月13日に出願された米国特許出願第12/617,950号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (10)
- 第1のチラーポートおよび第2のチラーポートと、第1のチラーポートおよび第2のチラーポートへの冷却された空気の送風と戻る空気の吸引とを交互に生み出すために順方向設定および逆方向設定を有するファンとを含むエアチラーと、
隔室を画定し、前記エアチラーから離間し、第1の開口部および第2の開口部を有する貯蔵筐体であって、前記隔室の全体と前記筐体の外部の間から前記エアチラーに空気が通ることを可能とし、前記隔室全体は前記空気のすべてが通過して流れる容積である、貯蔵筐体と、
前記エアチラーの前記第1のチラーポートおよび前記第2のチラーポートならびに前記貯蔵筐体の前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部に結合されるダクトシステムと、を含み、
前記ファンが前記順方向設定において動作する場合、冷却された空気が前記ファンによって前記貯蔵筐体全体から前記第1のチラーポートを通って前記ダクトシステム内に第1の空気流方向に送風され、前記ファンが前記逆方向設定において動作する場合、冷却された空気が前記ファンによって前記貯蔵筐体全体から前記第2のチラーポートを通って前記ダクトシステム内に、実質的に前記第1の空気流方向と逆の第2の空気流方向に送風される、食品または飲料を冷却するための装置。 - 前記隔室内に配置されたデバイダをさらに備え、前記デバイダは前記隔室を上部分と下部分とに分割し、前記デバイダは冷気が前記上部分と前記下部分の間を流れることを可能にする切欠きを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記貯蔵筐体は上部および底部を有し、前記第1の開口部は前記上部に近接して配置され、前記第2の開口部は前記底部に近接して配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ダクトシステムは前記第2の開口部に結合される第1の分岐および前記第1の開口部に結合される第2の分岐を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ファンが前記逆方向設定において動作すると、前記ファンは前記第1の分岐から空気を吸い込む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記チラーは蒸発器をさらに備え、前記第1の分岐から吸い込まれた前記空気は前記蒸発器により冷却される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記順方向設定から前記逆方向設定への前記ファンの切り換えを定期的に始動する制御回路をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記貯蔵筐体を取り囲む周囲の筐体と、をさらに含み、
前記第1の分岐は複数の副分岐を含み、そのそれぞれが前記貯蔵筐体の各々の第2の開口部に結合され、前記第2の分岐は複数の副分岐を含み、そのそれぞれが前記貯蔵筐体の各々の第1の開口部に結合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記ファンが前記順方向設定にある時間と前記ファンが前記逆方向設定にある時間の間の時間間隔を制御する、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 前記時間の間隔は約2〜30分である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
