Claims (7)
- 船舶に搭載されて、当該船舶の船底から空気を噴出して、当該船舶が水から受ける摩擦抵抗を軽減する空気潤滑装置において、
空気を昇圧して外部に送出する昇圧手段と、
当該船舶の船体の周囲に空気を噴出する複数の噴出口からなる噴射口群であって、当該船舶の幅方向に並列に配置される複数の噴射口群と、
当該船舶の主機の過給機から抽出された掃気を前記噴射口群に供給する主経路と、
前記昇圧手段で昇圧された空気を前記噴射口群に供給する副経路と、
大気を前記昇圧手段に供給する大気供給経路と、
前記主経路から分岐して、前記掃気を前記昇圧手段に供給する掃気供給経路と、
前記副経路から分岐して、前記昇圧空気を前記主経路に供給する昇圧空気供給径路と、
前記複数の噴射口群を相互に連絡する連絡径路と、
前記主経路、前記副経路、前記大気供給経路、前記掃気供給経路、前記昇圧空気供給径路、及び前記連絡径路を、それぞれ開閉する複数の経路開閉手段と、
前記複数の経路開閉手段の全部又は、いずれか一部を選択して開閉するとともに、当該船舶の喫水深さと当該船舶の主機の出力の大きさに応じて、
前記掃気だけを前記噴射口群に直接供給して前記噴出口から噴出させて空気潤滑を行う掃気噴出モード、
大気を前記昇圧手段に直接取り入れて、前記昇圧手段で昇圧させた昇圧大気だけを前記噴射口群に供給して前記噴出口から噴出させて空気潤滑を行う大気噴出モード、
前記掃気と前記昇圧大気を、それぞれ別の前記噴射口群に供給して前記噴出口から噴出させて空気潤滑を行う並列噴出モード、
前記掃気を前記昇圧手段で昇圧させた昇圧掃気を、前記噴射口群に供給して前記噴出口から噴出させて空気潤滑を行う昇圧掃気噴出モード、
及び、前記径路開閉手段の全てを閉鎖して、空気潤滑を停止する全停止モード、のいずれかを選択して実行する制御手段を備え、
前記噴射口群は、少なくとも3群あって、当該船舶の幅方向に並列に配置され、
前記並列噴出モードが選択された場合に、前記掃気は内舷に配置された前記噴射口群に供給され、前記昇圧大気は左右の外舷に配置された前記噴射口群に供給される
ことを特徴とする空気潤滑装置。 - 前記昇圧手段を2組備えて、前記並列噴出モードが選択された場合に、
前記2組の昇圧手段は、当該船舶の左右の外舷に配置された前記噴射口群のそれぞれに昇圧空気を供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 前記昇圧手段を2組備えて、前記並列噴出モードが選択された場合に、
前記2組の昇圧手段の何れか一方だけが運転されて、当該船舶の左右の外舷に配置された前記噴射口群の何れか一方に昇圧空気を供給し、前記2組の昇圧手段の他方は停止するとともに
当該船舶の左右の外舷に配置された前記噴射口群の他方には、前記掃気が供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 前記昇圧手段を2組備えて、前記昇圧掃気噴出モードが選択された場合に、
前記2組の昇圧手段の何れか一方だけが運転されて、前記掃気は、前記一方の昇圧手段で昇圧されて、前記噴射口群の全てに供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 前記昇圧手段を2組備えて、前記大気噴出モードが選択された場合に、
前記2組の昇圧手段の何れか一方だけが運転されて、前記一方の昇圧手段で昇圧された昇圧空気が、全ての前記噴射口群に供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 前記昇圧手段を2組備えて、前記昇圧掃気噴出モードが選択された場合に、
前記2組の昇圧手段の何れか一方だけが運転される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 海洋生物付着防止装置をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は空気潤滑を実行する際には、前記海洋生物付着防止装置を停止し、空気潤滑を停止した際には、前記海洋生物付着防止装置を起動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。
