Description

Claims (21)
- アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの一つと、該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされていないポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドの他方とを含むポリマー組成物。
- 該組成物が、該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされていないポリラクチドとして、ポリ−D−ラクチド及びポリ−L−ラクチドの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリ−D−ラクチドとポリ−L−ラクチドとの該混合物において、該2つの鏡像体の間の比が、90:10〜10:90である、請求項2に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリ−D−ラクチドとポリ−L−ラクチドとの該混合物において、該2つの鏡像体の間の比が70:30〜30:70である、請求項3に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリ−D−ラクチドとポリ−L−ラクチドとの該混合物において、該2つの鏡像体の間の比が40:60〜60:40である、請求項3に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土の層間にインターカレートされた該ポリラクチドがポリ−D−ラクチドであり、且つ、該アニオン性粘土の層間にインターカレートされいない該ポリラクチドがポリ−L−ラクチドである、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該組成物が、少なくとも190℃の融点を有するPLAステレオコンプレックスを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの該一つが、ラクチルユニットとして表される、少なくとも6のTADPを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの該一つが、ラクチルユニットとして表される、少なくとも8のTADPを有する、請求項8に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの該一つが、ラクチルユニットとして表される、少なくとも10のTADPを有する、請求項9に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物がハイドロタルサイトまたはメイクスネライトである、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物が、少なくとも1.0nmの、該アニオン性粘土の層の間の距離を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物が、少なくとも1.5nmの、該アニオン性粘土の層の間の距離を有する、請求項12に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該アニオン性粘土鉱物が、少なくとも2nmの、該アニオン性粘土の層の間の距離を有する、請求項13に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリビニルポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリサッカライド由来のポリマー、及びそれらの混合物の群から選ばれるポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項の記載のポリマー組成物の製造方法において、アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの一つを含むアニオン性粘土鉱物が、ポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドの他方を含む組成物と、又はそれらのラクチド前駆体と一緒にされ、ここでもしラクチド前駆体が用いられるならば、混合物は次に重合化条件に付されてポリラクチドを形成する、前記方法。
- ラクチド前駆体が用いられ、且つ、該混合物が重合化条件に付されるときに重合化触媒が該混合物中に存在する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 成形品の製造方法であって、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物を融解する工程、該組成物を成形する工程、および、成形後に該組成物を固化させる工程を含む、前記方法。
- 該融解した物質を成形する工程が、該物質を型に入れること、そして該型中で該融解した物質を固化させることにより、又は、該物質をフィルム形成工程に付し、そしてフィルムの形の該融解した物質を固化させることにより実施される請求項18に記載の方法。
- 該融解した物質を成形する工程が、該融解した物質を熱成形処理に付し、そして該熱成形処理により与えられた形の該融解した物質を固化させることにより実施される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされたポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドのうちの一つと、該アニオン性粘土鉱物の層間にインターカレートされていないポリ−D−ラクチドおよびポリ−L−ラクチドの他方とを含むポリマー組成物を含む成形品。
