Claims (16)
- 薬物を保管及びデリバリーする装置であって、
流体流路と、
薬物を保管及びデリバリーするように構成されたチャンバと、を備え、
前記チャンバは、円筒形状の一部分を備えた実質的に湾曲した内部表面と、前記流体流路との流体連通をもたらす開口と、を有し、前記湾曲した内部表面を画定する略円環形状を備え、前記開口は、前記略円環形状の中心部分に沿って配置され、
前記湾曲した内部表面の第1のセクションは、前記開口を通じて導入される流体の流れを受け取るように構成され、前記湾曲した内部表面の第2のセクションは、前記流体の流れを受け取り、前記流体の流れの少なくとも一部分を、前記開口を通じて導入される流体の流れに向けて当該流体の流れを通過するように方向転換させるように構成され、前記方向転換された流体の流れの第1の部分は、前記チャンバから退出して前記流体流路に流れ、前記方向転換された流体の流れの第2の部分は、前記チャンバ内に残る、装置。 - 前記流体流路と前記チャンバとの間の流体連通が選択的に開放可能及び閉鎖可能となるように構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記流体流路に対して摺動して前記流体流路と前記チャンバとの間の流体連通を選択的に開放又は閉鎖する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記流体流路に対して回転して前記流体流路と前記チャンバとの間の流体連通を選択的に開放又は閉鎖する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記湾曲した内部表面の前記第1のセクションに向けて方向転換される前記流体の流れは、前記湾曲した内部表面の前記第1のセクションに向けて、前記湾曲した内部表面の前記第1のセクションと略直交する方向に方向転換される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体流路は、下流部分と、上流部分と、を含み、前記下流部分は、前記チャンバから流体を受け取るように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記流体流路の前記上流部分から流体を受け取る、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記流体流路は、前記流体流路から前記チャンバに流体を誘導するために前記下流部分の上流に配置された絞りを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。

薬物を保管及びデリバリーするように構成されたチャンバであって、流体インレットと、流体アウトレットと、円筒形状の一部分を備えた湾曲セクション、インレット・セクション、及びアウトレット・セクションを含む内部表面と、を有し、前記内部表面を画定する略円環形状を備えており、前記インレット・セクションは、前記流体インレット内で受け取られる流体を受け取るように構成されるとともに、前記流体の一部を、前記チャンバ内で循環させるため及び前記流体インレットを通じて導入される流体の流れの方向に前記アウトレット・セクションに沿って送るために湾曲セクションに送るように構成される、チャンバと、
前記流体アウトレットを通じて前記チャンバから薬物を受け取るために流体連通する流体通路であって、前記流体連通は、前記流体通路と前記チャンバとの間で選択的に開放可能又は閉鎖可能である、流体通路と、
前記流体通路内の前記流体アウトレットの近傍に配置された絞りと、を備える装置。 - 前記湾曲セクションは、前記インレット・セクションと、前記アウトレット・セクションと、を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記流体通路に対して摺動して前記流体通路と前記流体インレット及び前記流体アウトレットとの間の流体連通を選択的に開放又は閉鎖する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記流体通路に対して回転して前記流体通路と前記流体インレット及び前記流体アウトレットとの間の流体連通を選択的に開放又は閉鎖する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記流体通路内の前記流体アウトレットの下流に配置された渦流チャンバを更に備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記流体流路から対象にデリバリーされる流体を受け取るように構成されたアクセス装置を更に備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
