Description
Claims (9)
- クロスヘッドを有する大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンの燃焼室に燃料を噴射するための電子制御式燃料弁(1)であって、
燃料弁筺体(10)と、
ノズル(30)と、
高圧燃料の供給源(P)への接続用の燃料入口ポート(16)と、
前記燃料入口ポート(16)を前記ノズル(30)に接続する、第1のダクト(17)と、
弁座(22)と協働し、前記燃料入口ポート(16)から前記ノズル(30)への燃料の流れを制御するように構成される、弾性的に付勢される軸方向可動式弁ニードル(20)であって、リフトすることによって、前記燃料入口ポート(16)から前記ノズル(30)への流れを可能にする、軸方向可動式弁ニードル(20)と、
加圧された時に、第1の有効表面領域(A1)を備える前記弁ニードル(20)に作用して、前記弁ニードルを前記弁座(22)に向かって付勢する、前記燃料弁筺体(10)の中の閉鎖室(46)と、
前記燃料弁筺体(10)の中の開放室(70)であって、前記開放室は、前記供給源(P)によって加圧されるように前記第1のダクトと直接に流れが通じており、前記開放室(70)の中の圧力は、第2の有効表面領域(A2)を備える前記弁ニードル(20)に作用して、前記弁ニードル(20)を前記弁座(22)から離れるように付勢する、開放室(70)と、
前記閉鎖室を電子制御式パイロット弁の弁ポートに接続する、制御導管(59)と、
を備え、
前記電子制御式パイロット弁には、タンクポート(18)に接続される弁ポートと、前記燃料入口ポート(16)に接続される弁ポートとが設けられ、
前記電子制御式パイロット弁は、前記弁ニードル(20)のリフトを電子的に制御するために、前記制御導管(59)を前記タンクポート(18)に、または前記燃料入口ポート(16)に選択的に接続するように構成され、ここで前記制御導管(59)を前記タンクポート(18)に接続すると、前記開放室(70)は前記燃料入口ポート(16)に接続される一方で前記閉鎖室は前記タンクポート(18)に接続されるようになり、前記制御導管(59)を前記燃料入口ポート(16)に接続すると、前記開放室(70)及び前記閉鎖室の両方が前記燃料入口ポート(16)に接続されるようになる、
電子制御式燃料弁(1)。 - 前記電子制御式パイロット弁はスプール弁である、請求項1に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記スプール弁には、スプール(53)に作用して、前記制御導管(59)が前記燃料入口ポート(16)に接続される位置に前記スプール(53)を付勢する、第1の圧力室(75)が設けられる、請求項2に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記スプール弁には、前記スプール(53)に作用して、前記制御導管(59)が前記タンクポート(18)に接続される位置に前記スプール(53)を付勢する、第2の圧力室(77)が設けられる、請求項3に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記第1の圧力室(75)には、前記燃料入口ポート(16)への第1の絞り接続部(83)と、前記タンクポート(18)への第2の絞り接続部(82)とが設けられ、前記タンクポート(18)への前記第2の絞り接続部(82)は、前記燃料入口ポート(16)への前記第1の絞り接続部(83)よりも制限の程度が小さく、
前記電子制御式燃料弁(1)は、前記タンクポート(18)への前記絞り接続部を開閉するための電子制御式ソレノイド弁をさらに備える、
請求項4に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。 - 前記ソレノイド弁はソレノイド制御式ボール弁(85)である、請求項5に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記タンクポート(18)への前記第2の絞り接続部(82)は前記燃料弁筺体内部に位置する、請求項5に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記スプール弁の前記スプール(53)は、前記スプール(53)の位置を制御する電動アクチュエータに接続される、請求項2に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
- 前記ノズルは、軸方向の孔および閉鎖された前面を備えるノズル(30)であり、前記弁ニードルは、ノズル孔(35)を開閉するために、前記弁ニードル(20)と共に移動し、前記ノズル(30)の中央孔(33)の中で軸方向に移動可能に受容される遮断軸(40)と共に移動する、請求項1に記載の電子制御式燃料弁(1)。
