Description
Claims (12)
- 着色ベースコート及び低光沢二成分クリアコートを含む低光沢ツーコートペイントシステムであって、前記低光沢二成分クリアコートは、
ウレタン樹脂を含むベース樹脂、ここで、当該ベース樹脂は追加の架橋剤又は分散剤を含まない;
前記低光沢二成分クリアコートの適用直前に前記ベース樹脂と組み合わされて二成分ベース樹脂混合物を形成するイソシアネート樹脂、及び
シリカベースの艶消剤、
を含み、
前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物は20質量%〜30質量%のウレタン樹脂と25質量%〜35質量%のイソシアネート樹脂を含み、前記シリカベースの艶消剤は前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物100質量部当たり10質量部〜15質量部を構成し、前記低光沢二成分クリアコートは硬化した場合に22光沢単位〜34光沢単位の60°光沢仕上げを有する、低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。 - 前記ウレタン樹脂が飽和線状ポリエステルウレタンを含む、請求項1に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記シリカベースの艶消剤が、熱的に誘導されたシリカ、沈降シリカ、表面処理シリカ、ワックス処理されたアモルファスシリカ、有機処理されたアモルファスシリカ、熱分解的に表面変性されたシリカ、疎水性シリカ、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記シリカベースの艶消剤が熱分解的に表面変性されたシリカである、請求項3に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物が、当該二成分ベース樹脂混合物100質量部当たり12.5質量部の熱分解的に表面変性されたシリカを含む、請求項3に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物が27.8質量%のウレタン樹脂を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物が30.5質量%のイソシアネート樹脂を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記ベース樹脂が、さらに、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、メタクリレート樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記ベース樹脂がアクリル樹脂を含み、前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物が35質量%〜45質量%のアクリル樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 前記ベース樹脂がアクリル樹脂を含み、前記二成分ベース樹脂混合物が41.7質量%のアクリル樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステム。
- 低光沢ツーコートペイントシステムの適用方法であって、
乗物の部品に着色ベースコートを適用し、
前記乗物の部品上の前記ベースコートを硬化させ、
前記着色ベースコートのベースコート表面に請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の低光沢二成分クリアコートを適用し、
前記ベースコートのベースコート表面上の前記低光沢二成分クリアコートを硬化させること、
を含み、前記低光沢二成分クリアコートは硬化後に22光沢単位〜34光沢単位の60°光沢仕上げを有する、低光沢ツーコートペイントシステムの適用方法。 - 表面に、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の低光沢ツーコートペイントシステムの着色ベースコートを硬化させて得られる硬化層と、前記低光沢ツーコートペイントシステムの低光沢二成分クリアコートを硬化して得られる硬化層とを順に有し、前記低光沢二成分クリアコートの硬化層が22光沢単位〜34光沢単位の60°光沢仕上げを有する物品。
