太陽熱温水機などから得られる75℃前後の超低温温水の廃熱を利用する超低温廃熱利用装置を本体胴の上方に付設して備え、
前記本体胴は、凝縮器と低温再生器と蒸発器と吸収器と、を内部に有し、
前記凝縮器は前記本体胴の上部に位置し、前記吸収器は前記本体胴の下部に位置し、
前記超低温廃熱利用装置は、前記超低温温水の廃熱を回収して希液を加熱する廃熱回収部と、前記廃熱回収部の希液加熱により生成された冷媒蒸気を冷却して当該蒸気の飽和温度を低減する冷却部と、前記廃熱回収部および前記冷却部を収納する胴と、を有し、
前記廃熱回収部は、廃熱回収熱交換器と、前記熱交換器に希液を散布する散布管とを有し、
前記吸収冷温水機の冷却水配管における冷却水の供給は、前記冷却部になされた後に凝縮器および吸収器にこの順でなされ、それにより同冷却部に供給される冷却水の温度が、超低温廃熱利用装置の胴内の飽和蒸気温度を、廃熱回収部において超低温温水との効率的な熱交換がなし得るようにされてなる
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 外部からの廃熱を利用する吸収冷温水機であって、
太陽熱温水機などから得られる75℃前後の超低温温水の廃熱を利用する超低温廃熱利用装置を本体胴の上方に付設して備え、
前記本体胴は、凝縮器と低温再生器と蒸発器と吸収器と、を内部に有し、
前記凝縮器は前記本体胴の上部に位置し、前記吸収器は前記本体胴の下部に位置し、
前記超低温廃熱利用装置は、前記超低温温水の廃熱を回収して希液を加熱する廃熱回収部と、前記廃熱回収部の希液加熱により生成された冷媒蒸気を冷却して当該蒸気の飽和温度を低減する冷却部と、前記廃熱回収部および前記冷却部を収納する胴と、を有し、
前記廃熱回収部は、廃熱回収熱交換器と、前記熱交換器に希液を散布する散布管とを有し、
前記吸収冷温水機の冷却水配管における冷却水の供給は、前記冷却部になされた後に凝縮器および吸収器にこの順でなされ、それにより同冷却部に供給される冷却水の温度が、超低温廃熱利用装置の胴内の飽和蒸気温度を、廃熱回収部において超低温温水との効率的な熱交換がなし得るようにされてなる
ことを特徴とする超低温廃熱利用吸収冷温水機。 - 冷却部は、冷却用熱交換器と、冷媒液溜とを有することを特徴する請求項1記載の超低温廃熱利用吸収冷温水機。
