Description
−対応する前記OLED/LED要素と結合される制御可能なシャントスイッチと、
−前記シャントスイッチへ結合される制御出力ポート、データ入力ポート及びクロック入力ポートを有し、前記シャントスイッチを制御するスイッチ制御手段と、
−前記スイッチ制御器手段へ割り当てられるレベルシフト手段であって、前記制御入力データをプログラミングモードにおいて前記スイッチ制御器手段によって受け入れられるのに十分なレベルへ変更させ、且つ、前記シャントスイッチの制御を可能にするように適合されるレベルシフト手段と、
を含み、前記OLED/LED要素の前記スイッチ制御器手段が、直列−並列変換器手段を形成するように設けられる、装置によって解決される。
直列−並列変換器を設けるステップと、
前記ストリングにおける各OLED/LED要素に対して、シャントスイッチを設けるステップであって、各シャントスイッチが前記直列−並列変換器の対応する段へ割り当てられる、ステップと、
直列データストリームを供給することによって前記変換器をプログラミングするステップであって、前記シャントスイッチが、プログラミングにおいてスイッチオンにされる、ステップと、
電力を前記ストリングへ供給することとともに、前記直列−並列変換器の並列出力信号によって前記シャントスイッチを制御することによって、前記ストリングを動作させるステップと、
を含む方法によっても解決される。
Vsupply=Vcc-Vf
へ再充電され、ここで、VfはD2_xに関して使用されるダイオードの種類のフォワード電圧である。この供給電圧は、各モジュール回路に関してほとんど等しい。D1_xに関して使用されるダイオードの種類及び負の電流I1の適切な選択により、MOSFET42の本体ダイオードの両端の電圧低下とダイオードD1_xの両端における電圧低下は同一であり、したがって、これらは、互いに相殺する。
Claims (10)
- 複数のOLED/LED要素が直列に接続されたOLED/LEDストリングの前記OLED/LED要素のそれぞれを個別に駆動させる装置であって、前記ストリングの各OLED/LED要素に関してモジュールユニットを含み、各モジュールユニットは、
−対応する前記OLED/LED要素と結合される制御可能なシャントスイッチと、
−前記シャントスイッチへ結合される制御出力ポート、データ入力ポート及びクロック入力ポートを有し、前記シャントスイッチを制御するスイッチ制御器手段と、
−前記スイッチ制御器手段へ割り当てられるレベルシフト手段であって、プログラミングモードにおいて前記クロック入力ポートへの制御入力データを前記スイッチ制御器手段によって受け入れられるのに十分なレベルへ変更させ、且つ、前記シャントスイッチの制御を可能にするように適合されるレベルシフト手段と、
を含み、
各モジュールユニットの前記スイッチ制御器手段が直列に接続され、直列−並列変換器手段を形成するように設けられる、
装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記シャントスイッチが、前記スイッチ制御器手段が、前記データ入力ポート及びクロック入力ポートからの直列データストリームによってプログラムされる場合にスイッチオフされる、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、前記シャントスイッチが、トランジスタである、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記スイッチ制御器手段が、前記クロック入力ポートを介してトリガされるDラッチ回路であることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記レベルシフト手段が、直列に接続され且つ前記OLED/LED要素のカソード側に接続される電位参照点と前記クロック入力ポートとの間に直列接続で設けられるコンデンサ及び第1ダイオードを含み、前記クロック入力ポートが、前記スイッチ制御器手段によって形成される前記直列−並列変換器手段のプログラミングにおいて第2ダイオードを介してクロック・電源信号を供給される、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の装置において、前記Dラッチ回路の前記データ入力ポートが、前記直列−並列変換器手段を形成するために、当該データ入力ポートが接続される隣接するモジュールユニットのDラッチ回路の前記制御出力ポートと結合される、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、電流制限抵抗器が、前記Dラッチ回路の前記データ入力ポートと、前記隣接するDラッチ回路の前記制御出力ポートとの間に設けられる、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、インバータ手段が、前記クロック入力ポートへ入力される信号を反転させるために各Dラッチ回路の前記クロック入力ポートへ割り当てられる、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記クロック・電源信号が、当該モジュールユニットのクロック・電源信号入力部が接続される隣接するモジュールユニットのレベルシフト手段の第2ダイオードによって提供される、ことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記クロック・電源信号が、各レベルシフト手段の前記第2ダイオードへ供給され、各OLED/LED要素の両端に、前記プログラミングモードにおいてバイパスとして作用する抵抗器を配置される、ことを特徴とする、装置。
