Claims (10)
- ガスセンサーであって、
WO3-δ(式中、0.35≧δ>0である)と、Re、Ni、Cr、V、W及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるドーパントとを含むガス感知層と、
Ti、Ni、Cr、V、W、Re及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含み、ガス感知層に隣接して位置する応答調節層と、
応答調節層に隣接して位置するチタン層と、
チタン層に隣接して位置する1以上の電極と、
を含み、
上記ガス感知層がNO、NO2、SOx、O2、H2O及びNH3からなる群から選択される1種以上のガスを検出することができる、ガスセンサー。 - 基材層、
基材層に隣接する加熱層、
加熱層に隣接する第1のガラス層、
第1のガラス層に隣接する温度感知層、
1以上の電極に隣接して位置し、温度感知層とチタン層との間の第2のガラス層
を含む、請求項1記載のガスセンサー。 - 前記ガス感知層が2種類の所定のガスに等感度で応答するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のガスセンサー。
- 前記1以上の電極が2以上の電極からなり、該2以上の電極間の電気抵抗が約100000Ω未満である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- 前記ガス感知層が約1〜約1000ppmのレベルの被分析物を検出するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- 前記応答調節層の厚さが約10〜約100Åである、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- 前記ガス感知層の厚さが約300〜約5000Åである、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- 前記ガス感知層中のドーパントの濃度が約0.2〜約5モル%であることができる、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- 特有の被分析物のみを通過させ、ガス感知層に衝突させるフィルターを含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のガスセンサー。
- ガス感知システムを有する自動車であって、
ガスを輸送する排気系、及び
請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のガスセンサーと
を含む、自動車。
