Description
以上の電源装置は、サービスプラグを外装ケースの外側に簡単に脱着しながら、サービスプラグやソケットの過熱による弊害の拡散を有効に防止できる。
以上の電源装置は、ソケットやサービスプラグの接続部分が異常な高温となっても、遮熱プレートが熱で変形することがなく、ソケットやサービスプラグの過熱による弊害の拡散を安定して阻止でき、しかもソケットを高い強度で強固に固定でき、かつ保護できる。
以上の電源装置は、リード線を挿通する引き出し穴をリード線で気密に閉塞するので、この引き出し穴から遮熱隔離領域への空気の侵入を阻止できる。このため、引き出し穴の内側にある遮熱隔離領域に配置しているソケットやサービスプラグの接続部分が過熱しても、外部からの酸素の供給を遮断して、燃焼を制限し、発火を抑制できる特徴がある。
以上の電源装置は、引き出し穴の内周に設けている周壁によって、引き出し穴の内周面とリード線との接線面を広くできる。広い面積で接触するリード線は、引き出し穴の開口端縁のエッジで絶縁被覆が破損する事態を効果的に回避できると共に、周壁で出力線の側面を広い面積で押圧して安定に保持できる。
以上の電源装置は、遮熱隔離領域を分割して、リード線を簡単に引き出し穴に案内できる特徴がある。
以上の電源装置は、ソケットやサービスプラグの接続部分が過熱され、また発火しても、外装ケースに収納している出力遮断器、電池セルの電流を検出する電流検出部、電池セルに接続してなる電子回路等を保護できる特徴がある。

Claims (8)
- 複数の電池セル(1)を接続してなる電池ブロック(2)と、この電池ブロック(2)又は電池ブロック(2)に接続してなる電気部品(10)を収納してなる外装ケース(3)と、この外装ケース(3)に設けられて前記電池ブロック(2)と直列に接続してなるソケット(4)と、このソケット(4)に脱着自在に接続してなるサービスプラグ(5)とを備え、前記サービスプラグ(5)がソケット(4)に接続されて、ソケット(4)を介してサービスプラグ(5)を電池と直列に接続するようにしてなる電源装置であって、
前記外装ケース(3)が、遮熱プレート(7)でもって、前記ソケット(4)及びサービスプラグ(5)を配置する遮熱隔離領域(8)を区画して設けており、この遮熱隔離領域(8)にソケット(4)及びサービスプラグ(5)が配置されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記遮熱プレート(7)が、外装ケース(3)の外側に開口された形状の遮熱隔離領域(8)を設けており、この遮熱隔離領域(8)にソケット(4)を固定してなる請求項1に記載される電源装置。
- 前記遮熱プレート(7)が金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載される電源装置。
- 前記遮熱隔離領域(8)を区画する遮熱プレート(7)が、リード線(13)を挿通する引き出し穴(24)を有し、リード線(13)がこの引き出し穴(24)に挿入されて、絶縁状態で引き出し穴(24)を気密に閉塞してなる請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載される電源装置。
- 前記引き出し穴(24)の内周に沿って周壁(25)を設けてなる請求項4に記載される電源装置。
- 前記遮熱隔離領域(8)が、複数に分割してなる遮熱プレート(7A;7B)で構成されると共に、複数の遮熱プレート(7A;7B)の境界に引き出し穴(24)を設けてなる請求項4または5に記載される電源装置。
- 前記ソケット(4)を固定してなる外装ケース(3)が、電池ブロック(2)に直列に接続してなる出力遮断器、電池セル(1)の電流を検出する電流検出部、電池セル(1)に接続してなる電子回路を実装する回路基板の何れかを収納してなる請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載される電源装置。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電源装置を備える車両。
