Description
(1)楔型ポンチとその両側に配置される2分割されたポンチを有し、前記楔型ポンチは、正面形状が先端から基端側に向けて幅が広がるように両側面に、水平面に対して20〜60.5°の傾斜面が形成され、前記両側に配置されるポンチは、前記楔型ポンチの前記傾斜面と対向する側面に、前記楔型ポンチの傾斜面とそれぞれ略同じ角度の傾斜面を有することを特徴とする、冷延鋼板または表面処理鋼板を素材とする鉄角缶のキャニング低減用プレス成形金型。
(2)前記両側のポンチの外側にそれぞれパッドが配置されることを特徴とする(1)記載の、冷延鋼板または表面処理鋼板を素材とする鉄角缶のキャニング低減用プレス成形金型。

- 楔型ポンチとその両側に配置される2分割されたポンチを有し、前記楔型ポンチは、正面形状が先端から基端側に向けて幅が広がるように両側面に、水平面に対して20〜60.5°の傾斜面が形成され、前記両側に配置されるポンチは、前記楔型ポンチの前記傾斜面と対向する側面に、前記楔型ポンチの傾斜面とそれぞれ略同じ角度の傾斜面を有することを特徴とする、冷延鋼板または表面処理鋼板を素材とする鉄角缶のキャニング低減用プレス成形金型。
- 前記両側のポンチの外側にそれぞれパッドが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、冷延鋼板または表面処理鋼板を素材とする鉄角缶のキャニング低減用プレス成形金型。
