Claims (8)
- 上面である出光面、前記出光面の反対側にある底面、前記出光面及び前記底面に連結される入光面とを有する導光板であって、
前記出光面と前記底面とのいずれか一方の表面に設けられていると共に、それぞれ前記入光面側から前記出光面と平行する所定の長手方向に沿って延伸している複数の突起構造を更に具えており、
前記複数の突起構造はそれぞれ先端側が弧部となっており、
前記導光板の厚さに対する、前記弧部の弧面の曲率半径の比率が0.04〜0.15であり、
且つ、前記突起構造の高さが20μm〜300μmである上、集光比率が1%〜40%となっていることを特徴とする導光板。 - 前記出光面と前記底面とのいずれか一方にドットアレイ構造が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記突起構造の高さを含めた全体の厚みが0.1mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の導光板。
- 前記突起構造はレンチキュラーレンズ構造及びフレネルレンズ構造のいずれか一方になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の導光板。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導光板と、
前記入光面に向かって光を放出するよう前記入光面に沿って互いに隣り合うように配列されている複数の発光ダイオードと、
前記導光板の前記底面に設けられている反射シートと、
を具えていることを特徴とするエッジライト型バックライト。 - 前記導光板の前記出光面に、拡散シートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエッジライト型バックライト。
- 前記拡散シート上に、プリズム構造が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエッジライト型バックライト。
- 前記導光板は、アクリル酸エステル(acrylic acid ester)系樹脂、メタクリル酸エステル(methacrylate ester)系樹脂、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)樹脂、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate)樹脂、メチルメタクリレートスチレンコポリマー(methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer)、アクリロニトリルスチレンコポリマー(acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate)からなる群より選ばれる熱可塑性樹脂を材料として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエッジライト型バックライト。
