Description
Claims (16)
- 積層された複数のディスクからなる、遠心分配クロマトグラフィーカラム用の装置であって、複数の3次元のセル(1)のネットワークを備え、前記複数の3次元のセルは、直列に相互接続されていて、複数の液相循環通路と通じており、かつ、主軸(8)を中心に回転するように駆動される少なくとも1つの前記ディスクの周辺にわたって分散されている、遠心分配クロマトグラフィーカラム用の装置において、
該3次元のセルは3つの軸線X−X’、Y−Y′、およびZ−Z′に沿った3つの主な寸法によって定められる幾何学的に球形または卵形の回転体の形状を有しており、軸線Z−Z′は、前記ディスクの回転の軸線に平行であり、軸線Y−Y′は前記ディスクに関して半径方向にあり、軸線X−X′は他の2つの軸線Y−Y′およびZ−Z′に垂直であり、前記複数のセルは、円形、楕円形、または長方形の断面を持つ複数の通路(2、4)によって接続されており、該通路の断面は、前記ディスクに関して前記半径方向に直角な断面として規定される前記セルの最大の断面よりも小さいことを特徴とする装置。 - セル(1)の3つの軸線X−X′、Y−Y′、およびZ−Z′に沿った3つの寸法は同一である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- セル(1)の軸線X−X′に沿った寸法は、他の軸線Z−Z′およびY−Y′に沿った2つの寸法よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- セル(1)の軸線Y−Y′に沿った寸法は、他の軸線Z−Z′およびX−X′に沿った2つの寸法よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- セル(1)の軸線Z−Z′に沿った寸法は、他の軸線Y−Y′およびX−X′に沿った2つの寸法よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- セル(1)の軸線X−X′、Y−Y′、およびZ−Z′に沿った3つの寸法が異なる、請求項1に記載の複数のセル装置。
- 複数のセル(1)が、前記ディスク(3)の回転の平面に平行な円上に規則正しく繰り返されているセルの少なくとも一対(5)を構成するように、軸線Y−Y′に沿って、順々に、少なくとも2つずつ配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 複数のセル(1)が前記ディスク(3)の回転の平面に平行な少なくとも2つの同心円内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記セルの対(5)の2つのセル(1)がS字形の液相循環通路(4)によって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の液相循環通路の入り口によって構成される軸線は、軸線Y−Y′に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の液相循環通路の入り口によって構成される軸線は、軸線Y−Y′に重なっていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の液相循環通路の入り口によって構成される軸線は、軸線Y−Y′に対してずれていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置を製造する方法において、ディスク(3)上と、その鏡像のディスク(3′)上とに複数のセル半分部分を機械加工し、それからセル(1)全体を構成するように両ディスク(3、3′)を2つずつ組み立てることにあることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 前記両ディスクを溶接によって組み立てることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記両ディスクを接合部分(6)によって組み立てることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数の液相循環通路(7)を前記接合部分の内部に直接形成することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
