Claims (10)
- 下方に延びる側壁を有する第1のハウジング構成要素と底面を含む第2のハウジング構成要素とを含み、かつセルハウジング内への流体の通過のためにセルハウジングを通過する少なくとも1つの流体入口ポートを有するセルハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジング構成要素と電気的に接触して前記セルハウジング内に配置された第1の電極と、
前記第2のハウジング構成要素と電気的に接触して前記セルハウジング内に配置された第2の流体消費電極を含む電極アセンブリと、
前記第1及び第2のハウジング構成要素の間に配置され、かつ外側直立壁と、基部壁と、該第1のハウジング構成要素に付勢的に接触するように延びる第1の内側壁及び前記電極アセンブリに付勢的に接触するように延びる第2の内側壁とを含むガスケットと、
を含み、
前記第1及び前記第2の内側壁は、終端部を有し、かつ前記基部壁によって外側直立壁に相互接続しており、
前記第1の内側壁及び前記外側直立壁には、その間に、前記第1のハウジング構成要素の前記下方に延びる側壁を受けるためのスロットが設けられ、該第1の内側壁は、該第1のハウジング構成要素の該側壁の内面に係合し、
非撓み状態の前記第1及び前記第2の内側壁は、前記第1の内側壁の外面と前記第2の内側壁の底面との間の角度を95度から135度で形成し、
前記第1の内側壁の前記外面は、前記第1のハウジング構成要素の前記下方に延びる側壁に係合し、前記第2の内側壁の前記底面は、前記電極アセンブリの上面に係合する、ことを特徴とするバッテリ。 - 前記第2の内側壁の前記底面は、水平から下方に5度から45度傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記ガスケットの前記第1の内側壁は、前記第1のハウジング構成要素の内面に向いており、該ガスケットの前記第2の内側壁は、前記電極アセンブリに向いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の電極及び第2の流体消費電極の間に配置されたセパレータを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第2のハウジング構成要素は、底部壁を含み、当該底部壁は、周囲部分と、該周囲部分で囲まれており、該底部壁の該周囲部分から窪んでいる中央凹部と、該中央凹部及び該周囲部分の間の移行部と、を有し、
前記第2の内側壁は、前記電極アセンブリが前記第2のハウジング構成要素における前記中央凹部に向けて付勢されるように延びる表面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記第2の内側壁表面は、前記第2のハウジング構成要素における前記底部壁の前記周囲部分から前記中央凹部に向けて延びており、かつ、前記底部壁の前記移行部から前記中央凹部に向けて0.127ミリメートルよりも大きい距離だけ延びていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記中央凹部は、前記移行部の傾斜によって窪んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1及び第2の内側壁の各々は、終端部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記ガスケットは、前記第1及び第2のハウジング構成要素の間に高圧縮領域をもたらす前記外側直立壁の厚みの変化を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第2の電極は空気電極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
