Claims (5)
- 바닥이 있는 원통형으로 형성된 전지캔(1) 내에 발전요소(11, 12, 13)를 수용하고, 전지캔의 개구부에 개스킷(3)을 통해 봉입판(2)을 배치하여, 코킹가공에 의해 봉입한 코인형 전지에 있어서,상기 봉입판은, 전지캔과 역방향의 바닥이 있는 원통형으로서, 그 개구부에 플렌지부(6)를 갖고, 플렌지부의 선단부분에 원통방향으로의 연장부(7)와 그 턴업부(8)가 형성되며,상기 전지캔은, 그 저면(1a) 주위에 적어도 상기 연장부의 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖는 동시에 상기 저면으로부터 상방으로 향하여 형성된 상승부(9)와 상기 상승부에서 더욱 연장되는 코킹부(14)가 형성되고,상기 개스킷은, 코킹가공된 때에, 단면이 コ형상으로 변형된 코킹부와 상기 플렌지부, 연장부 및 턴업부의 사이에 압축되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지.
- 바닥이 있는 원통형으로 형성된 전지캔(1)과, 정상부를 갖는 원통형상으로 형성된 봉입판(2)에 의해서 전지요소(11, 12, 13)를 수용하며, 상기 전지캔과 상기 봉입판의 개구부를 개스킷(3)을 통해 코킹가공에 의해 봉입한 코인형 전지에 있어서,상기 봉입판은, 개구부의 주위에 그 정상부에 대하여 수평방향으로 형성되는 플렌지부(6)와, 상기 플렌지부의 주위에 상기 봉입판의 정상부에 대하여 수직방향 하방에 형성되는 연장부(7)와, 상기 연장부의 수직방향 최하단부인 절곡부(8b)와, 상기 절곡부로부터 상기 연장부에 밀접하도록 하여 수직방향 상방으로 연장되는 턴업부(8)를 가지며,상기 전지캔은, 그 저면(1a)의 주위에 적어도 상기 연장부의 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖도록 저면으로부터 상방으로 향해 형성된 상승부(9)와, 상기 상승부의 주위로부터 더욱 연장되는 코킹부(14)를 갖고,상기 코킹부는, 상기 전지캔의 저면에 대해 평행하면서 직경방향 외측에 형성되는 단차부(5)와, 이 단차부의 주위에 적어도 상기 연장부의 길이보다도 길면서 상기 저면에 대하여 수직방향 상방에 형성되는 개스킷 포위부(10)와, 상기 개스킷 포위부의 선단에 상기 저면에 대해 평행하면서 직경방향 내측에 형성되는 상단부(4)를 갖고,상기 개스킷은, 코킹가공된 때에 그 중간부가 상기 개스킷 포위부와 상기 턴업부의 사이에 밀착한 상태로 끼워지며, 상부가 상기 턴업부의 선단부(8a) 및 플렌지부와 상기 상단부의 사이에서 압축되고, 하부가 상기 절곡부와 상기 단차부의 사이에서 압축되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,단차부(5)는 반경방향의 폭이 1.5mm 이상 2.5mm 이하이면서 전지캔(1)의 저면(1a)으로부터의 높이가 0.5mm 이상 1.5mm 이하로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,선단부(8a)의 높이위치는 플렌지부(6)의 외면과 동일하게, 또는 봉입판(2)의 두께의 범위 내에 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,개스킷(3)은 40MPa 이상의 인장항복강도를 갖는 탄소성 수지, 혹은 탄성수지로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코인형 전지.
