Description
Claims (9)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체가 금속 캔에 내장되어 있는 이차전지로서, 전극조립체가 내장된 금속 캔의 개방 상단에 장착되는 캡 어셈블리에는 전극조립체에 연결된 하나의 단자가 노출될 수 있도록 와셔가 탑재되어 있으며, 상기 와셔는 전기절연성 및 전해액 흡습성을 발휘하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 캔은 원통형 캔이며, 상기 캡 어셈블리에는 전극조립체에 연결된 양극 돌출 단자가 중앙에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 캔은 각형 캔이며, 상기 캡 어셈블리에는 전극단자에 연결된 음극 돌출 단자가 중앙에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와셔는, 레이온, 혼방사, 폴리비스코스 및 폴리노직으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 전해액 흡습성 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 와셔는 폴리노직(Polynosic) 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와셔는 다공성 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와셔는 접착 방식 또는 기계적 결합 방식으로 캡 어셈블리의 상단면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와셔는 0.15 내지 0.8 mm의 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
