特に上部ガス再利用設備が益々普及するようになったことに鑑み、爆燃が回避されるようにした、装填材を高炉に供給する改良方法を提供する必要がある。

Claims (14)
- 装填材を高炉に供給する方法であって、
材料ホッパーを少なくとも1つ有する装入装置、ここで前記材料ホッパーがホッパー室と、該ホッパー室に装填材を送り込むための材料導入開口と、装填材を前記ホッパー室から前記高炉に送り込むための材料放出開口とを有し、前記材料導入開口には該材料導入開口を開閉するための材料導入封止弁が付設され、前記材料放出開口には該材料放出開口を開閉するための材料放出弁が付設される、装入装置を設け、前記材料ホッパーがガス流入弁の付設されたガス引入れ口と、ガス流出弁の付設された排気口とを有し、
(1)前記材料導入開口を開き、前記材料放出開口を閉じ、
装填材を前記ホッパー室に前記材料導入開口を通して送り込み、
(2)前記導入封止弁を閉じ、及び前記ガス流出弁を前記ガス流入弁を開ける前に開け、二酸化炭素少なくとも75%を含む所定量の洗流ガスを前記ホッパー室を通るように供給し、
(3)前記ガス流出弁を閉じ、加圧ガスを前記ホッパー室に送り込むことによって前記ホッパー室を加圧し、
(4)前記材料放出弁を開いて前記ホッパー室から前記装填材を前記高炉に送り込む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記洗流ガス所定量を前記ホッパー室の容積の上限、3倍迄とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼プロセスを構成する設備から、前記洗流ガスを受け入れて成る請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記洗流ガスは、再生器から受け入れる排気ガスである請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記洗流ガスをCO2除去装置から受け入れ、該CO2除去装置が前記高炉から回収される上部ガスから二酸化炭素含有ガスを抽出して成る請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化炭素が前記回収上部ガスから圧力変動吸着(PSA)又は真空圧力変動吸着(VASA)により抽出されて成る請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記洗流ガスが前記装入装置に送られる前に、ブースター装置及び緩衝槽を通して送られて成る請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ホッパー室を通して前記所定量の洗流ガスが送られてから、該ホッパー室が封止され、更なる洗流ガスを加圧ガスとして前記ホッパー室に送り込むことによって該ホッパー室が加圧されて成る請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ホッパー室を通して前記所定量の洗流ガスが送られてから、該ホッパー室が封止され、清浄段を通された、前記高炉から回収された上部ガスを加圧ガスとして前記ホッパー室に送り込むことによって該ホッパー室が加圧されて成る請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 清浄段は、一部清浄化上部ガスを生成する一次清浄段と半清浄上部ガスを生成する二次清浄段から成る請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記二次清浄段が
前記1部清浄化上部ガスを予備洗浄及び冷却して半清浄上部ガスを生成する第1の工程と、
前記半清浄上部ガスを更に洗浄し、膨張させる第2の工程を含んで成る請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記回収上部ガスから前記二酸化炭素が除去された後に、前記回収上部ガスが還元ガスとして前記炉に送り戻されて成る請求項5〜11の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ホッパー室から回収された前記ガスが
再利用され、且つ
二次清浄段に送り込まれ、且つ/或いは
鋳床制塵システムに送られ、且つ/或いは
前記ホッパー室への送り込みに用いられない回収二酸化炭素の一部に送り込まれて成る請求項1〜12の何れか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記装入装置がベルレストップ型のものである請求項1〜13の何れか1つに記載の方法。
