Abstract

Способ также содержит открытие загрузочного отверстия и закрытие разгрузочного отверстия, подачу шихты в бункерную камеру (42) через загрузочное отверстие, закрытие входного (44) уплотнительного клапана, нагнетание давления в бункерной камере (42) посредством подачи нагнетательного газа в бункерную камеру (42), и открытие клапана (46) выгрузки материала и подача шихты из бункерной камеры (42) в доменную печь (32). Согласно важному аспекту изобретения способ содержит подачу предварительно заданного количества продувочного газа через бункерную камеру (42) перед нагнетанием давления в бункерной камере (42), при этом продувочный газ содержит по меньшей мере 75% диоксида углерода.
