Description
以下、本願の出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1]
燃料ガス供給システムと、
シリンダであって、前記シリンダの燃焼室に直に燃料ガスを噴射するための燃料ガス噴射器が設けられたシリンダと、
エンジン負荷指数に応じて前記シリンダへの燃料ガス噴射を制御するエンジン制御部と
を備え、
前記シリンダへの前記燃料ガス噴射が、燃料ガス噴射時間を調整することで制御される、2サイクルクロスヘッドディーゼルエンジンなどの内燃エンジンであって、
前記シリンダへの前記燃料ガス噴射が、前記燃料ガス噴射時間と燃料ガス噴射圧力とを調整することで制御されることと、前記エンジン制御部が、前記燃料ガス噴射時間を調整することで、前記燃料ガス噴射をエンジン負荷における急激な変化に適応させることと、前記燃料ガス噴射時間および前記燃料ガス噴射圧力が、前記エンジン負荷指数に依存し、前記エンジン制御部が、前記エンジン負荷指数に従うように、前記燃料ガス噴射圧力を調整し、前記燃料ガス噴射時間を逆へと調整することとを特徴とする内燃エンジン。

前記シリンダには、前記シリンダの燃焼室に直に燃料オイルを噴射する燃料オイル噴射器と、燃料オイル供給システムとが設けられることを特徴とする、[1]に記載の内燃エンジン。
[3]
前記燃料ガス供給システムは、コモンレール燃料ガス供給システムであることを特徴とする、[1]または[2]に記載の内燃エンジン。
[4]
前記燃料ガス噴射の圧力が、150barから300barまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする、[1]から[3]のいずれかに記載の内燃エンジン。
[5]
100%のエンジン負荷において、エンジン速度が45rpmから175rpmまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする、[1]から[4]のいずれかに記載の内燃エンジン。
[6]
燃料ガスを前記シリンダに提供する前記燃料ガス供給システムが、液化天然ガス輸送船の液化天然ガスタンクに連結されていることを特徴とする、[1]から[5]のいずれかに記載の内燃エンジン。
Claims (6)
- 燃料ガス供給システム(19)と、
シリンダであって、前記シリンダ(11)の燃焼室に直に燃料ガスを噴射するための燃料ガス噴射器が設けられたシリンダ(11)と、
エンジン負荷指数に応じて前記シリンダ(11)への燃料ガス噴射を制御するエンジン制御部(12)と
を備え、
前記シリンダ(11)への前記燃料ガス噴射が、燃料ガス噴射時間を調整することで制御される、2サイクルクロスヘッドディーゼルエンジンなどの内燃エンジン(1)であって、
前記シリンダ(11)への前記燃料ガス噴射が、前記燃料ガス噴射時間と燃料ガス噴射圧力とを調整することで制御されることと、前記エンジン制御部(12)が、前記燃料ガス噴射時間を調整することで、前記燃料ガス噴射をエンジン負荷における急激な変化に適応させることと、前記燃料ガス噴射時間および前記燃料ガス噴射圧力が、前記エンジン負荷指数に依存し、前記エンジン制御部(12)が、先ず、前記燃料ガス噴射時間を調整し、次に、前記エンジン負荷指数に従うように、前記燃料ガス噴射圧力を調整し、前記燃料ガス噴射時間を逆へと調整することとを特徴とする内燃エンジン。 - 前記シリンダ(11)には、前記シリンダ(11)の燃焼室に直に燃料オイルを噴射する燃料オイル噴射器と、燃料オイル供給システム(20)とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃エンジン(1)。
- 前記燃料ガス供給システム(19)は、コモンレール燃料ガス供給システムであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の内燃エンジン(1)。
- 前記燃料ガス噴射の圧力が、150barから300barまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃エンジン(1)。
- 100%のエンジン負荷において、エンジン速度が45rpmから175rpmまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃エンジン(1)。
- 燃料ガスを前記シリンダ(11)に提供する前記燃料ガス供給システム(19)が、液化天然ガス輸送船の液化天然ガスタンク(18)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃エンジン(1)。
