Claims (10)
- 平面上に並んだ複数のブロック状の磁性部材と、
複数の前記磁性部材を覆うように前記複数の磁性部材と積層され、粉体の磁性体と有機絶縁樹脂とが互いに混ざり合った磁性樹脂部材と、を備えることを特徴とする複合磁性物。 - 前記磁性部材と前記粉末の磁性体は絶縁性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記複合磁性物の厚さに対する前記磁性樹脂部材の厚さが25%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜2いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記磁性部材の厚みが150μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記粉体の磁性体は、1μm以上10μm未満の粒子が20〜40%、10μm以上50μm未満の粒子が60〜80%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記磁性樹脂部材において、前記粉体の磁性体の含有量は、前記有機絶縁樹脂に対して50wt%〜90Wt%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記有機絶縁樹脂は、熱硬化性の樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記有機絶縁樹脂は、熱可塑性の樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。
- 前記磁性部材と前記粉体の磁性体はNi/Zn系、Mn/Zn系またはNi/Cu/Zn系から選択された少なくとも一種を含むフェライトであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8
いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物。 - 請求項1〜9いずれか1項に記載の複合磁性物を備えたことを特徴とする無線通信装置。
