Claims (4)
- 工作用途で使用できる無機化合物からなる工作用ゴム粘土において、
全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して60〜80%で含まれ、シロキサンとシリコン、ジメチル、メチルビニル、末端にビニル基を有する物質が混合されてなるゲル状のシリコンベース(10)と、
全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して15〜35%で含まれ、パウダー状のシリカ系からなり、硬度を調節するための可塑度調節剤(20)と、
全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して1〜5%で含まれ、ポリジメチルシロキサン系からなり、固化を防止するためのオイル状の固化防止剤(30)と、
全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して0.1〜1%で含まれ、細菌の繁殖を防止するための抗菌剤(40)と、を混合してなることを特徴とする、工作用ゴム粘土。 - 全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して1〜3%で含まれ、カラーを演出するための色相顔料(50)をさらに混合してなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作用ゴム粘土。
- 全体ゴム粘土の重量に対して1〜10%の蓄光剤(60)をさらに混合してなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工作用ゴム粘土。
- 前記可塑度調節剤(20)は、
粒子が5〜20ミリミクロンの乾式シリカ、
粒子が20〜2,000ミリミクロンの湿式シリカ、
粒子が2,000〜50,000ミリミクロンの珪藻土のうち選択されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作用ゴム粘土。
