Description
本発明によれば、請求項1に定義される施錠装置が提供される。
したがって、相互連結手段に加わる力が、作動モードを制御するアクチュエータには伝わらない施錠装置が提供される。これにより、このアクチュエータは、小さな力のための寸法を有することができるため、施錠装置の寸法を小さくし、コストを低減することができる。

Claims (10)
- シリンダハウジング(10)と、長手方向の軸線を有し、前記シリンダハウジング内に回転可能に収容されるほぼ円柱状のシリンダコア(20)と、ロック機構と共働するように構成された延長部(40、50)とを備え、前記シリンダコアが、前記延長部の方向を向いた内端面(28)を有する施錠装置において、
前記シリンダコアと前記延長部との間を選択的に連結するための連結手段が、
前記シリンダコアの内端面から延出する外端位置と、該シリンダコアの内端面から延出しない内端位置との間で軸方向に移動可能な第1部品(61)であって、延長部と係合している間は、前記シリンダコアが該延長部に対して回動される場合に該第1部品を外端位置から内端位置へ移動させる構成を有する第1部品(61)と、
前記シリンダコアの内端面から延出する外端位置と、該シリンダコアの内端面から延出しない内端位置との間で軸方向に移動可能な第2部品(62)と、
前記第2部品の外端位置からの移動を阻止する阻止位置と、前記第2部品の外端位置からの移動を許容する非阻止位置との間で移動可能な妨害手段(65、65a)と、
前記妨害手段が非阻止位置にあるときに、前記第2部品が前記第1部品の移動に追従するように、前記連結手段の第1部品と第2部品との間に配置されるとともに該第1部品と第2部品とに連結される弾性手段(66)と
を備える、施錠装置。 - 前記延長部(40)が、前記連結手段と共働するように構成された、少なくとも1つのフランジ(46)を備える、請求項1に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記連結手段の第1部品(61)が、前記延長部(40、50)の方向を向いた傾斜端面(61a)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記妨害手段が、アクチュエータ(65)上に肩部(65a)を備え、前記第2部品(62)が、前記アクチュエータの肩部と共働するように構成されるピン(62a)を備え、前記肩部は、前記第2部品の外端位置から内端位置への移動を選択的に妨げるように構成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(65)の動作が回転モータ(64)によって制御される、請求項4に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記連結手段の第1部品と第2部品との間に配置された弾性手段が、少なくとも1つのばね(66)を備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記第2部品(62)が、前記第1部品(61)の溝内に配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記延長部の第1端部(44)近傍において、該延長部に設けられる円周溝(42)を備え、該溝と前記延長部の一端部とは、前記延長部の方向を向いた前記シリンダコアの一端部(24)に設けられた凹部(22)と共働するように構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記延長部がアダプタ(40)及びテールピース(50)を備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記アダプタ(40)が、前記シリンダハウジング(10)のキャビティ(12)の直径にほぼ対応する外径を有し、前記テールピース(50)が、前記キャビティよりも大き
な直径を有する、請求項9に記載の施錠装置。
