Description
本発明を、一例として、付随する図面を参照して以下に説明する。
シリンダコア及びテールピースの間にアダプタを設けることにより、多くの種類のシリンダハウジングにおいて、そして多様なテールピースとともに、一種類のシリンダコアを使用することが可能になる。これは更に、アダプタ自体の費用が比較的安いため、全体の製造費用を減少させる。
Claims (11)
- 施錠装置であって、
キャビティ(12)を備えたシリンダハウジング(10)と、
前記シリンダハウジングのキャビティ内に回転可能に収容された、略円柱状のシリンダコア(20)と、
施錠機構と協働するように構成されるテールピース(50)と、
前記シリンダハウジングのキャビティ内に回転可能に収容され、かつ、軸方向において前記テールピースに連結されるアダプタ(40)と
を含み、
前記アダプタ及び前記シリンダコアを相互連結する第1手段と、該第1手段は、施錠作動モードにおいて、シリンダコア及びアダプタの相互の自由独立回転を許容するとともに、非施錠作動モードにおいて、相互回転を阻止するように構成されることと、
前記アダプタ及び前記シリンダコアを相互連結する第2手段と、該第2手段は、前記第1手段の施錠作動モード及び非施錠作動モードの両方において、シリンダコアを、前記シリンダハウジングに対して軸方向に移動しないように固定することと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする施錠装置。 - 前記アダプタ(40)及びシリンダコア(20)を相互連結する第2手段は、シリンダコアに対向するアダプタの第1端部(44)付近においてアダプタに周方向溝(42)を含むとともに、アダプタに対向するシリンダコアの端部(24)に凹部(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記第2手段は、前記シリンダコア(10)の可動相互施錠手段と協働するために、前記アダプタ(40)に配置される複数のフランジ(46)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記複数のフランジ(46)は放射方向に離間されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記シリンダコア(10)の可動相互施錠手段は、軸方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記テールピース(50)は、前記シリンダハウジング(10)のキャビティ(12)の直径よりも大きな直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記シリンダコア(20)の外端部に固定するように取り付けられるノブ(30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 電子認証手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記電子認証手段が前記ノブ(30)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記テールピース(50)が独立部品として設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
- 前記テールピース(50)は、前記アダプタと一体的に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の施錠装置。
