Description

Industrial application fields

The present invention relates to a blood circulation improving agent containing a plant belonging to the genus Sendangusa, particularly a plant called Videns pirosa, or a component thereof, and a method for improving blood circulation using the same, as a medicine for medical use or as a health food in daily life. It has high utility value.

Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention

Many drugs that promote blood circulation have been reported, and some foods, such as ginger, pepper, or garlic, have been known to increase circulation from the past and have the feeling that the body is hot and warm after ingestion. . There are many options for prescription drugs, but there are problems such as side effects depending on the constitution, insufficient local circulation effect, or uncertain treatment effect that does not lead to improvement effect Is considerably recognized. Even in today's advanced medical science, the human body has individual characteristics and tendencies, so as often explained by the words "different constitution", it is resistant to common drugs, that is, refractory. This disease can be found in any specialized field. Whatever the cause, if the blood circulation can be reliably increased without any side effects, it must be said that the utility value is extremely high. The present inventors discovered that it is possible to increase the blood fluidity very reliably by orally administering a drug or food containing a plant belonging to the genus Sendanga, particularly a plant called Bidence pirousa or its components, to the knowledge. The present invention aims to provide a useful blood circulation improving agent.

Means for solving the problem

Bidence Pilosa is distributed from the tropics to the subtropics, and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory analgesic effects. It is mainly used as a folk medicine in Africa, Central and South America, China, Taiwan, etc. Gastrointestinal diseases such as endoparasites, infections such as pharyngitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, malaria, antipyretic such as rubella, burning, inflammatory diseases such as conjunctivitis, otitis, enteritis, rheumatism, diabetes, liver disease, or It is an Asteraceae wild grass used for trauma, burns, bites of viper, etc. It is also routinely used for purposes such as cough, chickenpox, wheezing, drenched eyes, toothache, severe nausea, cancer, adenoma, and diuresis. However, in such a wide variety of research reports by researchers all over the world, there is no application that suggests the improvement of blood circulation.

The inventors of the present invention have been researching and developing this plant for the prevention and treatment of diabetes, one of the lifestyle-related diseases that has been said to be a national disease recently. I found it warm and moisturized.

Thus, when the extract of this plant was administered to mice and tested for the effect of improving blood fluidity, it was possible to confirm a blood fluidity improvement effect that was clearer than expected, as shown in the experimental examples. .

実験例Experimental example

Aged female mice (C3H / He) Randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was brewed with 2.5 g of Bidence Pilosa for 5 minutes in 1 L of water, and the control group was tap water. They were fed freely and raised for 4 weeks. After 24 hours of dehydration, the experimental group was orally administered with the above-mentioned Bidence Pilosa extract and the control group was tap water with 0.2 mL each using a sonde. Five minutes later, blood was collected from the posterior vena cava, and novoheparin was added as an anticoagulant to a concentration of 5% for blood rheology experiments. In the experiment, the time (seconds) for 100 μL of blood to pass through a 3 micron slit was measured every 10 μL under a microscope, and it was determined that the shorter the passage time, the higher the blood fluidity (high smoothness).

This Sendangsa plant has needles with reverse spines on top of dark brown seeds carried on animals and human clothes, and the number of needles is often uneven due to mating, but in China and Taiwan The genus, mainly called 咸 豊 草. There are also many synonyms, Doji, Oni, Tsubasa, Tsubasa, Tsubasa, Tsubaki, Aoi, Hakuhana, Aoi, Nobushi, Noboshi, Redhead, Gold There are names such as “Ginban”, “Wind Grass”, “South Wind Grass”, “King Park”, “Study”, etc. It is not clear which scientific name each corresponds to. In Japan, it is found in the south of Honshu, where the plant height ranges from 25cm to about 1m. Usually, it is an annual plant but overwinters when it is blessed with temperate climatic conditions, and the flowers bloom one after another. The flower has a unique shape of the Asteraceae, with several tongue-like flowers like white or yellow round petals and many yellow-brown tubular flowers in the center. Some lack tongue-like flowers. The stem has square and light purple colored nodes. The leaves that are divided into three or five feathers have a pattern, and the edges have jagged edges, often facing each other.

Bidence Pilosa may use whole grass or only the above-ground part. Alternatively, the roots may be decocted. Alternatively, whole grass may be used as an extract. However, since it has a smell and taste peculiar to Bidence Pirosa and is not necessarily suitable for everyone, it may be used after being subjected to all treatments such as decolorization and debittering taste. However, many experiences suggest that drinking decoction while warm is most effective. Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

(Preparation of healthy tea)
The above-ground part of Bidence Pyrrosa (Ayuyukisendangusa) was cut, washed with running water, cut and steamed, then dried in hot air and finely chopped into raw materials for healthy tea. Since the taste alone was not good, 2 g of dried ginger and 28 g of roasted barley (both coarsely crushed) were mixed with 70 g of the ginger to correct the taste, and 3 g each was packaged in the shape of a tea bag. This was poured into 1 liter of boiling water, extracted for about 5 minutes, kept warm in a pot and used for drinking as needed.

(Preparation of extract)
Add 2 L of water to 100 g of dried dried Bidens pilosa (Shirovana Sendangusa), extract for 5 hours with occasional stirring at 90-100 ° C., filter, concentrate the filtrate to dryness, and extract Bidens pilosa hot water. 23.1 g was obtained. 1 g of this product is equivalent to about 4.3 g of dried evidence pillow.

(Preparation of granules)
The processed dried product of Bidence Pilosa used in Example 1 was made into a 60-mesh pass powder, and 85 g of this powder was mixed with 15 g of crystalline cellulose (Avicel) as an excipient and granulated wet.

(Preparation of tablets)
Trehalose (70 g) and crystalline cellulose (Avicel) (30 g) were added as excipients to 100 g of the Bidence / Pirosa extract obtained in Example 2, and 1 tablet 200 mg was prepared by a conventional method.

(Administration to 22 patients with impaired circulation)
Twenty-two volunteers (two patients with dropouts) who had various blood circulation disorders out of hospital dermatology outpatients took the health tea of Example 1 daily. That is, one pack was put into about 1 liter of boiling water, kept warm, and divided into several times a day for drinking. One person who complained of constipation with one person who disliked the taste dropped out, and 20 persons continued to drink. As a result of excluding dropped-out persons, as shown in Table 2, there was a perception that most patients were more likely to sweat and their limbs became warmer. In particular, 17 out of 20 patients reported increased sweating (more likely to sweat). Eight patients reported that the skin became warm. All of these indicate improved blood circulation.

Moreover, 7 out of 20 patients have summer ulcers (Liveo reticularis with summer ulceration), which is an intractable blood circulation disorder that repeatedly causes ulcers in the lower limbs in summer. There was an average disease duration of 8 years, and most patients were troubled with recurrence of ulcers every summer, but I was surprised when I started drinking from May 23 for early people and July 21 for late people. In particular, the summer ulcers of these seven patients did not recur at all. Summer ulcers do not necessarily recur every year, but the absence of summer ulcers in all seven people who drank Bidence Pilosa tea is undoubtedly due to the effects of this tea. Although the painful ulcers did not recur constantly, the effectiveness, including medical mechanisms, will require great follow-up, but it will be a great pleasure for patients.

The term “summer ulcer” as used herein is exactly one of the diseases that have recently disappeared, and is a dermatology department of a university hospital to which the two inventors belong. There are dozens of patients in the hospital. Although the pathogenesis of this disease has not yet been elucidated, it can be said that it is not a necrotic vasculitis in the narrow sense but at least a blood circulation disorder of the skin microvessel. The problem with this disease is summer ulcer that recurs every summer. This worm-like painful ulcer, which recurs around the foot joint, takes months for the epithelium to recover once formed, which is a significant stress for the patient. As a preventive method of recurrence, improvement of life and drug therapy such as peripheral circulation improving agents, antiplatelet agents, vitamins, and sometimes immunosuppressants and steroid hormones are used, but the actual preventive effect cannot be expected. . No promising prevention method has been reported in the literature.

Not only patients with recurrent summer ulcers but also patients with various circulatory disorders can take this health tea as part of their diet and improve their blood circulation and expect to suppress worsening of symptoms. That must be said to be extremely valuable news.

The four cases listed here were diagnosed as atopic dermatitis after a doctor's examination, but the mother was afraid of the drug. This is an example. During this time, the number of defecations increased and the state of the stool improved. The improvement of atopic dermatitis is thought to be a result of improved blood circulation and elimination of blood circulation disorders.
