Claims (15)
- 眼科的侵襲法に用いられる洗浄液であって、
密度が1g/cm3未満であり、ウベローデ毛細管粘度計によって25℃の温度および周辺圧力で計測した粘度が100mPas以下であるシリコーン油を含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項1に記載の洗浄液において、
硝子体外科および網膜外科若しくは硝子体切除術における使用、又は、血液の押戻しのための洗浄液。 - 請求項1に記載の洗浄液において、
前記シリコーン油の密度が、0.80〜0.98g/cm3である洗浄液。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
0.5〜50mPasの範囲の粘度のシリコーン油を含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
前記粘度が、2〜10mPasの範囲である洗浄液。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
前記シリコーン油が直鎖状シロキサンである洗浄液。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
前記シリコーン油が、置換されたポリジメチルシロキサンまたは置換されていないポリジメチルシロキサンである洗浄液。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
前記シリコーン油が、2〜10のシロキサン単位を有するシロキサンから生成される洗浄液。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
前記シリコーン油がフェニル置換されている洗浄液。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
付加的にセミフルオロアルカンを含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項10に記載の洗浄液において、
溶液の密度が1g/cm3未満となるような比率でシリコーン油とセミフルオロアルカンとを含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項10または11に記載の洗浄液において、
50:1〜1:2の比率でシリコーン油とセミフルオロアルカンとを含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
付加的に1つ以上の作用物質を含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項13に記載の洗浄液において、
1つ以上の不水溶性の作用物質を含有する洗浄液。 - 請求項6から8までのいずれか一項に記載の洗浄液において、
1つ以上の薬、抗生剤および/または栄養剤を含有する洗浄液。
