Description
図1は、この発明に従う炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法に用いる代表的な製造装置を模式的に示したものであって、図中に示す符号1は炭素ナノ繊維の製造装置、2は熱処理炉、3はガス供給手段、4は触媒、5は石英ボート、6は混合ガス、7は炉内ガス、8は石英管、9は被覆部材、10は温度コントローラ、そして11はガス流量コントローラ(マスフローコントローラ)である。

Claims (10)
- Feを含有する触媒を用い、炭化水素および水素を含有する原料ガスに二酸化炭素を含有した混合ガスを供給して所定の反応温度で反応させることによって炭素ナノ繊維を生成する炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法であって、
前記混合ガスに占める二酸化炭素の混合割合は、体積比で10〜40%の範囲である、炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。 - Niを含有する触媒を用い、炭化水素および水素を含有する原料ガスに二酸化炭素を含有した混合ガスを供給して所定の反応温度で反応させることによって炭素ナノ繊維を生成する炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法であって、
前記混合ガスに占める二酸化炭素の混合割合は、体積比で1〜30%の範囲である、炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。 - Fe−Ni系合金を含有する触媒を用い、炭化水素および水素を含有する原料ガスに二酸化炭素を含有した混合ガスを供給して所定の反応温度で反応させることによって炭素ナノ繊維を生成する炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法であって、
前記混合ガスに占める二酸化炭素の混合割合は、体積比で5〜40%の範囲である、炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。 - 前記Fe−Ni系合金は、Ni/Feの組成比が質量比で0.05〜0.4の範囲である、請求項3に記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記触媒は、FeまたはFe基合金を酸化物に担持した複合体からなる請求項1に記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記触媒は、NiまたはNi基合金を酸化物に担持した複合体から成る請求項2に記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記炭化水素は、エチレン、エタン、プロパン、アセチレンの少なくとも一種からなる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記炭化水素がエチレンであり、エチレン/水素の組成比が体積比で1/4〜4/1の範囲である請求項7に記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記原料ガスは、一酸化炭素をさらに含有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記所定の反応温度は、450〜600℃の範囲である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の炭素ナノ繊維の製造方法。
