Description
すなわち、本発明は、Crを9質量%以上含有する高Cr含有鋼を精錬するRH真空脱ガス槽において、該RH真空脱ガス槽の天蓋として、該天蓋の外面側を構成する鉄皮がアーチ状で、該鉄皮に多数本のアンカを溶接すると共に、内表面側を、不定形耐火物を用いて水平もしくは下に凸状にしたものを使用することを特徴とするRH真空脱ガス槽天蓋への地金付着抑制方法である。

Claims (2)
- Crを9質量%以上含有する高Cr含有鋼を精錬するRH真空脱ガス槽において、該RH真空脱ガス槽の天蓋として、該天蓋の外面側を構成する鉄皮がアーチ状で、該鉄皮に多数本のアンカを溶接すると共に、内表面側を、不定形耐火物を用いて水平もしくは下に凸状にしたものを使用することを特徴とするRH真空脱ガス槽天蓋への地金付着抑制方法。
- 前記不定形耐火物を高Al 2 O 3 質もしくはAl 2 O 3 ―MgO系とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRH真空脱ガス槽天蓋への地金付着抑制方法。
