(3)肉盛作業性 → 肉盛溶接時に形成される溶融プールの湯流れが良好
(4)熱衝撃試験 → 600℃まで割れや剥離が発生しない
(評価基準)
非常に良好 :比較例P、Q(コバルト自溶合金)と同等以上
良好 :比較例A(ステライト6)と同等以上
やや悪い :比較例Aよりも悪いが、比較例F(トリバロイ400)よりも良い
悪い :比較例Fと同等以下

Claims (4)
- Moおよび/またはWを合計で20.0〜30.0質量%、Bを0.8〜2.2質量%、Crを5.0〜18.0質量%含有し、残部が55.0〜70.0質量%のCoおよび不可避不純物からなることを特徴とするエンジンバルブの表面硬化用耐摩耗性コバルト基合金。
- さらに、Fe、Ni、Mn、Cu、Si、Cを合計で5.0質量%以下、かつ、Siを1.0質量%以下、Cを0.3質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンバルブの表面硬化用耐摩耗性コバルト基合金。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の耐摩耗性コバルト基合金が盛金またはコーティングされていることを特徴とするエンジンバルブ。
- 少なくともフェース面のシートとの当たり面に、前記耐摩耗性コバルト基合金が、盛金またはコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンバルブ。
