Description
石炭燃焼ボイラ1において、油は該ボイラに付属した油炊き始動バーナ(図示せず)に始動の間燃焼される。始動工程はボイラ1が安定した石炭燃焼に必要な温度に達するまで継続し、通常数時間要する。油燃焼から形成される煙道ガスは例えばすすやフライアッシュのような粒子状汚染物質並びに炭化水素や硫黄酸化物のようにガス状汚染物質を含有するが、またボイラやそのダクトにそれ以前の作動の間に堆積し、剥離したダストも含有する。

Claims (6)
- 化石燃料、バイオマス燃料、あるいは廃棄物を燃焼するようにボイラ(1)の始動から燃焼の間に形成されるガス状汚染物質からの煙道ガスを清浄する方法であって、
前記煙道ガスが粒子状の汚染物質を分離するように、障壁フィルタまで煙道ダクト(2)を介してボイラ(1)から煙道ガスが導かれ、
微細に拡散された粒子が前記障壁フィルタ(3)より上流であって、かつ空気予熱器(4)の上流側の煙道ダクト(2)において煙道ガス内へ導入され、かつそれと混合され、
微細に拡散された粒子がダストケーキを形成しながら障壁フィルタ(3)において分離され、
それによって凝縮されたガス状汚染物質および小滴が煙道ガスおよび形成されたダストケーキ内の微細に拡散された粒子の表面に集められることを特徴とするガス状汚染物質からの煙道ガスを清浄する方法において、
前記ボイラ内の石炭燃焼の開始前の前記ボイラ内の油燃焼の始動の前に、前記障壁フィルタ(3)を前記微細に拡散された粒子で覆うよう前記微細に拡散された粒子の前記煙道ダクト内への噴射を開始する、方法。 - 前記微細に拡散された粒子が、煙道ガスに1−500g/Nm3の質量濃度で導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記微細に拡散された粒子がボイラ(1)からのフライアッシュおよび/またはボトムアッシュから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1および2に記載の方法。
- 前記微細に拡散された粒子が外部の貯蔵容器から取り出されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フライアッシュがバッグフィルタ(3)に付属したダストホッパ(5)の少なくとも1個から直接取り出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ボトムアッシュがボイラ(1)から直接取り出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
