Claims (3)
- 유동층 보일러시스템(1)에서 비산회가 다량 배출되는 고체연료의 연소가 질소산화물처리장치(5)와 비산회 집진장치(4) 및 황산화물처리장치(8)를 통하여 굴뚝(10)으로 이루어지는 연소배가스 처리공정에 있어서,유동층 보일러시스템(1)과 연결한 열교환시스템(2)을 통과한 연소배가스는 입자가 비교적 큰 비산회를 연소배가스와 분리되어 포집하는 사이클론(3)과;상기 사이클론(3)에서 미립자의 비산회와 동반하여 유입된 후 비산회를 포집하는 비산회 집진장치(4)와;상기 비산회 집진장치(4)를 통과한 연소배가스가 유입되어 질소산화물(NOx)을 제거하는 질소산화물처리장치(5)와;상기 질소산화물처리장치(5)를 통과한 연소배가스가 유입되며 유동층 보일러시스템(1)에 공급하는 연소용 공기를 예열하는 공기-배가스 열교환장치(6)와 배가스-배가스 열교환장치(7); 및배가스-배가스 열교환장치(7)를 통과한 연소배가스는 탈황제와 접촉시켜 황산화물(SO2)를 제거하는 황산화물 처리장치(8)와 중금속 혹은 할로겐 물질을 제거하는 활성탄가스정제탑(9)을 거쳐 배가스- 배가스 열교환장치(7)를 통하여 굴뚝(10)으로 배출함을 특징으로 하는 유동층 보일러시스템의 연소배가스 처리공정.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 비산회 집진장치(4)는 전방에 사이클론(3)을 설치하여 비산회를 일부 포집하고, 2개로 분리되도록 설치하여 어느 하나를 정지하여도 운전 가능하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유동층 보일러시스템의 연소배가스 처리공정.
