Description
図1は、本発明によるねじ締結装置1によって圧延機の二つの構成要素が互いに結びついている圧延機の一部を示し、図2は、図1に示す圧延機のねじ締結部Zのねじ結合構造を示す。
Claims (5)
- 軸方向に沿って形成された複数のねじ山を介して互いに締結される雌ねじ部および雄ねじ部を有するねじ締結装置であって、
前記雌ねじ部および雄ねじ部のねじ山は、それぞれ、ねじ山の周方向に形成されたねじのクレストおよびねじのルートと、前記ねじのクレストとねじのルートとを連結するスタブフランクおよびロードフランクとを有し、
前記雌ねじ部のねじのルートは軸方向に沿って延びる直線部および当該直線部よりも軸方向と直交する方向に窪んだラウンド部を含み、
前記雄ねじ部のねじのルートは窪んだラウンド部を含み、
前記雄ねじ部のラウンド部の曲率半径は前記雌ねじ部のラウンド部の曲率半径より大きい、
ねじ締結装置。 - 前記雄ねじ部のラウンド部が完全な円弧状に形成される、請求項1に記載のねじ締結装置。
- スタブフランクに対してねじ締結方向の後方に位置するねじ山のロードフランクとねじのクレストとがなす角度が90度よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のねじ締結装置。
- スタブフランクに対してねじ締結方向の後方に位置するねじ山のロードフランクとねじのクレストとがなす角度が83度以上90度未満である、請求項3記載に記載のねじ締結装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじ締結装置を含む圧延機。
