(排ガス処理システムの全体構成)
NH3+H2SO4→NH4HSO4 (注)
あるいは、
NH3+NH4HSO4→(NH4)2SO4 (注)
補足として、排ガス中には、微量のSO3も含まれているが、これは、活性炭粒子ACの細孔内でH2Oと直接反応し、H2SO4として捕捉される。
なお、上記反応式の(注)は、活性炭粒子ACの細孔内に吸着された状態を示す。
補足として、通常の排ガス(燃焼排ガス)中のNOxはNOであるので、分解式は上式で表すことができる。
NH4HSO4 (注)→SO2+2H2O+1/3N2+1/3NH3
HCl(注)→HCl
HF(注)→HF
なお、上記反応式の(注)は、活性炭粒子ACの細孔内に吸着された状態を示す。
(脱離ガス洗浄処理設備)
Claims (4)
- 硫黄酸化物及び窒素酸化物を含む排ガスとアンモニアとを受け入れ、前記排ガスに炭素質吸着剤を接触させて前記排ガスの脱硫及び脱硝を含む排ガス処理を行う吸着部と、前記排ガス処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を加熱して再生処理を行う再生部と、前記排ガス処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を前記吸着部から前記再生部に移送し、再生処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を前記再生部から前記吸着部に移送して前記炭素質吸着剤を循環させる循環部とを備えた排ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記再生部から排出された脱離ガスの洗浄排水から二酸化硫黄を分離除去するSO 2 脱却部と、
前記SO 2 脱却部によって二酸化硫黄を分離除去された前記洗浄排水をアルカリ側に調整するpH調整部と、
前記pH調整部から排出されたアンモニア含有の前記洗浄排水とアンモニア回収用ガスとを気液接触部に透過させて前記洗浄排水中のアンモニアを分離回収するアンモニア回収部と、
前記アンモニア回収部で回収されたアンモニア含有ガスを前記吸着部へ戻すアンモニア返送部と、を備え、
前記アンモニア回収部は複数設けられると共に、複数の前記アンモニア回収部と前記pH調整部とを連絡する経路は切り替え可能であることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 前記アンモニア回収部に供給される前記アンモニア回収用ガスの供給圧と前記アンモニア回収部から排出される前記アンモニア含有ガスの排出圧との圧力差に基づいて、複数の前記アンモニア回収部と前記pH調整部とを連絡する経路の切り替えを行う制御手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記圧力差が閾値を超えた場合に、一の前記アンモニア回収部と前記pH調整部とを連絡する経路を他の前記アンモニア回収部と前記pH調整部とを連絡する経路に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 硫黄酸化物及び窒素酸化物を含む排ガスとアンモニアとを受け入れ、前記排ガスに炭素質吸着剤を接触させて前記排ガスの脱硫及び脱硝を含む排ガス処理を行う吸着部と、前記排ガス処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を加熱して再生処理を行う再生部と、前記排ガス処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を前記吸着部から前記再生部に移送し、再生処理後の前記炭素質吸着剤を前記再生部から前記吸着部に移送して前記炭素質吸着剤を循環させる循環部とを備えた乾式排ガス処理設備の前記再生部から排出された脱離ガスの洗浄処理設備において、
前記脱離ガスを水洗する洗浄部と、
前記洗浄部から排出された洗浄排水から二酸化硫黄を分離除去するSO 2 脱却部と、
前記SO 2 脱却部によって二酸化硫黄を分離除去された前記洗浄排水をアルカリ側に調整するpH調整部と、
前記pH調整部から排出されたアンモニア含有の前記洗浄排水とアンモニア回収用ガスとを気液接触部に透過させて前記洗浄排水中のアンモニアを分離回収するアンモニア回収部と、
前記アンモニア回収部で回収されたアンモニア含有ガスを前記吸着部へ戻すアンモニア返送部と、を備え、
前記アンモニア回収部は複数設けられると共に、複数の前記アンモニア回収部と前記pH調整部とを連絡する経路は切り替え可能であることを特徴とする脱離ガス洗浄処理設備。
